Game Crashes when i try to log in

I manage to log into my account on the Launcher but the moment i press log in it trys to put Steam up, screens flicker black then back to normal as it it closes instantly before launching. I've tried running it as Admin, iv uninstalled and re-installed and still this happens, heck i even download the Steam way to see if thats it but its still happens.

I managed to get in but now my problem is its loading on the wrong screen
