Re: Why am I getting game data incomplete on PS5?

Followed these instructions but when I get to the add-ons the content already shows as being installed, and I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it ☹️

Hey i have the same issue only i purchased the new grim reaper pack. But that was since it came out. 
but for some reason i get the game data not complete notification and i tried reinstalling everything but nothing works. I play on ps5

I'm having similar troubles but with the city living expansion pack, worked like normal when I bought it but now I've gotten incomplete data as well. I've deleted and reinstalled 3 different times now and it still says download to use pack when I have it downloaded

I’m having the same issue with City Living. I got it free on PlayStation a few months ago. Today I’m getting the message and noticing the world isn’t on available. 

I'm looking for an answer on this too. I downloaded island living for free today on ps5 and all of a sudden I boot the game up, get that message and the city living is un-installed now even though it says it's installed. I have no idea how to even uninstall and reinstall it.  

I’m having the same issue on my sims game it’s say City Living needs to be downloaded to use but dlc it says it installed. And all know is my other add ons are installed completely 

Where do i even see a date? I couldn't find one anywhere. 

Also, does that mean that if I actually purchase the packs, I'll get them back?

Someone who purchased these packs had the same issue though, so how would you explain that? They un-installed and reinstalled twice and that fixed it. I tried the same and that did not fix it for city living. 

Im guessing that means we have to buy it, but I don't understand completely because someone who purchased it had the same issue. They got it fixed after reinstalling but that still doesn't explain how they had the same issue as us. Maybe it was just a nationwide glitch for those who had it free and those who purchased it.

Okay, try this; 
Shut down the console (Not sleep mode!) Disconnect the PlayStation from the Power and Internet. Wait five minutes. Then reconnect the console to the power and Internet. Start the PlayStation and the game.
