PS4 Bug: Can't Scroll Through Short Dresses & Show All Full Body Categories
I play on a PlayStation 4, and I can't scroll through the “Short Dresses” or “Show All” categories under Full Body clothing. Every other category scrolls just fine, but those two get completely stuck and won’t move at all. I’ve already tried closing and reopening the game, fully turning off and unplugging my console, and checking that my game is fully updated, but the issue is still happening. Please fix this soon. I want to be able to access the short dresses for my Sim!Can’t load a save PS5
I was playing earlier for quite some time I saved and got off the game to do. Something else came back and now when I try to load in and resume my game, it sends me to manage worlds. Then, when I click on my house, it says create new household and move in. I’ve been playing the same for generations now I don’t wanna lose it. What can I do?
I want my 10 years worth of saves back...
May game started crashing on load screen about a week ago. I was really hoping yesterday's update would possibly fix the problem. We'll to add insult to injury, it still crashed, then I tried the all the so called trouble shooting and when my game finally loaded, 10 years worth of work and game play were just gone! It's like I have never played the game. But my Xbox is showing that my saves are there. It's like it refuses to sync my cloud saves even though it says it's syncing. I am beyond p?she'd off. I have two main issues that are driving me crazy. The first one that has been around for the past 2 updates is, that when I go to upload a tattoo (specifically) from the gallery if it’s in cas or just looking through the gallery on the home page, it freezes and I have to refresh the entire game. The second one which has only just happened is I’ve downloaded a few maker packs from the store and when I go to find them in the formal and party categories I can’t scroll down and when I select the maker packs option they just don’t show up whatsoever. These bugs are driving me nuts because I’m a big cas player, is there anything I can do on my half? 🙏🏻🙏🏻Issues after update render game unplayable. Xbox OneS
Staircases. Sims will not use some outdoor staircases that were previously fine, and I can’t figure out why. 2. My Library in the gallery freezes the whole game. Unable to exit out of the gallery screen or load any options. 3. CAS won’t scroll through clothes. Can change colour swatches of items already worn but that’s it. 4. Adopting a pet doesn’t work. The sim will pick the pet up and then get stuck. The pet eventually just disappears. 5. Will not ‘place lot’. Nothing happens when trying to place a lot from the gallery and you cannot exit out of the pop up screen. 6. Caterers only make white cakes. Never ending white cakes. Cakes for days. I don’t use any cheats, I don’t use any CC.Game keeps crashing on Xbox XS
Since the May 12, 2026 update, my game keeps crashing. There’s no reason, it just keeps freezing and then crashing randomly but it feels like it’s every 10 minutes or so. I’m saving the game every couple of minute because I just don’t know when my screen is going to stop and go all black, and then return to the Home Screen. It’s also been lagging when never really happened before. Everything was fine when I played for a couple hours after the update hit now the game won’t even play right.My whole sims save is gone
My sims generation save has completely gone !!! saying something about Error Code 34!!! Only really old saves are coming up , I can’t believe this I’ve used this generations save for like 2 years !!! I play on XBOX never had this after an update, really hoping I can get it back.Cant load game
Im a sims player on xbox and ive had nothing but issues since the marketplace arrived. Now, i had hopes after the update however it now seems that i cant even get my game to open. I am fed up, absolutely and completely sick to the back teeth, the money i have spent on this game is no joke. I am ready to delete my entire game and never play again. Why are you adding all this new stuff when a lot of us cannot even load our games. I want my money back, every penny because im absolutely disgusted by this. The whole thing is an entire sh*t show. Im sick of it. When are you actually going to fix the problems?
CRASHES
Please fix crashes on the ps5. Please actually take the time to actually figure out what's going on so that me and other ps5 players can play our game again. I've probably been dealing with crashes a whole year now, eventhough the crashes weren't as bad at first, they're a lot worse now. I don't know if it has something to do with the amount of content I've purchased overtime or if its the game issue with console now. It crashes when moving between households, it crashes when trying to save, it crashes when going into cas. Its sad. Also to work around this until you guys figure this out, I think it'll be cool to add auto save to this game. It should automatically save every 3 to 5 minutes so we won't lose our progress and our game will still be saved. Unless auto save will crash the game too smh.Build Mode with Packs - PS4
*Console* Although all my packs no longer show up on the main page upon start up (as if I just downloaded them) , all my build mode items reset every time I log on. So for each category, I have to open/close/open it so all my items sort normally rather than “new items” on top. Essentially, all my build items that come from packs are listed as “new items” every time I start up the game. *EDIT* This was posted prior to 5/12 update, but is still an issue on console after 5/12 Version 2.33 Update.
"Xbox One" slow loading start up!
Please fix the loading to get to the main page for Xbox one when you first start the game, this is the very first Xbox console that Sims 4 was ported to, so it shouldn't be a problem but it is. The loading takes almost a hour it's ridiculous unless you let it load offline first through the loading process and then come back online halfway through the process.Can’t place items in build mode since update. Console.
I play on console and since the update a couple hours ago I’m unable to use build mode. I’ve tried completing the house I’m currently building and everyone I click an item it appears on the screen and then disappears???? Is this going to be a long term issue??
