Can’t use gallery
Been trying to build some houses for my Newcrest world I just don’t like building. Every time I find something nice to download into my game it says I don’t have the lastest sims version when I do ;(. I’ve checked for updates pressed on restore licenses reopening and closing my game and restarting my PlayStation with still none of it working, please help!PS5 saving issues
It’s been over a month where I have not been able to play the game because the game won’t save after building. I have restarted, I have cleaned all saved files and started a new saved file and the same issue continues. I have also gotten the crash screen and have reported it along with screenshots
Missing expansion packs
I just tried to log in and play to resume my game from last night, but I am getting an error message saying that I don’t have certain expansion packs. But I most certainly do. When I go to view my managed game add ons it shows all of them, but when I go to the actual game and try to play it is only showing a few that I own. I am playing on my Xbox. Can anyone help me please?Sims 4
Just today Sims 4 says I don't own certain packs which I do. I can't download other simmers creations as the button for having them in your household is ghosted out. It then says that I can't move to another world space due to not having the relevant packs which I have. The game was working few days ago and now I can't play it. Any help would will be well appreciated.Missing packs I've bought
I've recently had the issue where it says I don't own certain packs (that I've already bought long ago). I've had this issue before with the island living, but said screw it idk what happened I'm not buying it again. But now it's multiple packs I've bought saying I don't own them and to rebuy them again. I've put so much money into this game that this just makes me not want to play it.. idk if this helps but I recently got out of a toxic relationship and when I left he tried to sabotage a lot of my Xbox games. Could be have deleted them somehow? Is it by chance that I switched Xboxs, I was on an Xbox one and now I'm on an Xbox Xs, but if I remember correctly, this happened before I ever switched Xboxs. I'm not sure what to do as I'm not re buying these things for a third time.. this makes me just want to not play the game anymore.. i don't want to buy stuff just for it to say I don't own it anymore..It's also showing me I'm the menh I can't pick manage worlds or Can anyone help??

First time posting here. I bought two expansion packs when they were on sale almost a year ago. The High School one and the Paranormal one. When i got on my PS to play it made me redownload the game. Now it’s saying that i never bought those two packs! I’m irritated. I don’t understand what’s going on but i want back what i paid for..
PS5 Controls Stop Working In CAS

What is your current game version number?: Most recent as of 4th March What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: Cottage Living, Island Living, Get Famous, Vampires, Parenthood, Laundry Day, Backyard Stuff Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Not sure, enter create-a-sim and try using both the cursor and the quick actions (pressing tab to remove the cursor and using the joysticks to navigate, triangle button to remove clothes, etc.) It also often takes a lot of clicks to register clicking on the head or hair, for example. What happens when the bug occurs?: Buttons like X and O stop registering my input, meaning I can’t select categories or go back, and sometimes using the joysticks also becomes impossible to use. I can’t pause the game or anything during this time, so I just sort of button mashed until I was free. What do you expect to see?: To be able to click on the icons. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: No, there are no Mods on console. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: This has been happening ever since I started playing the Sims 4 on console, several years ago. My game stopped working yesterday after saving and exiting the game. It gets to the beginning loading screen and then the game crashes. I have seen others with this problem in the last few hours so I know I’m not the only one. I’ve found that the Island Living expansion pack is no longer available on PS Plus and I think this is the issue as I had it downloaded there but nothing I do is working. I have restarted my ps4, cold booted my ps4 as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If this is what happens with DLCs they should not make them available for only a limited time; it causes all sorts of issues with the game once it is taken away and now I have lost an entire household/build. Does anyone have a solution for this?Lots and rooms not saving to my gallery/library
Playing on PlayStation 5. I am doing a 100 baby challenge and making painting by reference paintings of the kids once they become adults. When I only had 10 or so kids the room with the paintings saved. Now that I am around 40 the room will not save. My whole lot will also not save. When I try to save, it says I am saved and asks me if I want to overwrite but then the lot is not in my gallery.Wedding event panel wont go away.. sims can’t get married, only elope.
In my current save my sim was trying to marry the grim reaper (done before w no issues), got thru everything fine and then when it was time for the event to start, Grim wouldn’t show up. Inviting him over to the lot wouldn’t work, I couldn’t cancel the event (it would ask if i’m sure I want to cancel and i hit yes, and nothing changes). at this point I assume ‘okay ill just make them get married again after this runs out on its own’. Grim wouldn’t come to my house until after the wedding was suppose to be over, and then I couldn’t plan a wedding because it kept saying there was already an event happening, but eloping was the only thing that worked. i’ve played probably 20 sim days since, and the event panel is still there. when i restart the game it still says the wedding is happening, i cant make it go away. i cant plan any other event, and sometimes it wont let me travel because of the event. please help:(
