Not Saving Due To Storage
Subject: Cannot Save in The Sims 4 on Xbox – Error 0x80830003 Hi EA Support, I’m unable to save any game in The Sims 4 on my Xbox. Every time I try, I get the error: “We can’t save more data for this game or app. Your Xbox is out of space for saved data. (0x80830003)” I have already tried all possible fixes, including: • Uninstalling and reinstalling the game • Clearing all Sims 4 save data (local and cloud) • Uninstalling all DLCs and packs • Freeing storage space on my Xbox • Hard resetting my console • Starting new saves Despite all of this, the error persists. It seems like my Xbox profile is permanently blocked from saving for The Sims 4. I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset my cloud save or save permissions for my account so I can start saving again. cheat text bar
every time i try to type in a cheat i can not exit out of the text bar. It will be green like usual and then turn white and i can’t exit or continue to play the game, it’s been happening for a couple of weeks and i was hoping updating the game would help but it didn’t it just keeps doing it and i have to either go to the main menu, manage worlds, or completely exit out of the game just to be able to play again. it’s annoying and makes me not want to play anymore.Expansion packs missing
Sold my old console few months ago but brought another now always Xbox. Reloaded sims but none of my expansion packs are showing have tried all the trouble shooting. Contacted EA to be told oh no sorry we will look into it but we can’t guarantee when we will have a solution and also we won’t contact you back you just need to keep checking. I’ve spent £100’s on packs that I can’t access. Anyone else?
Lots not loading in from the gallery/library
I have been trying to place a lot that I built from both my gallery profile and library and it will not place. I just get the “move lot” arrows and check mark. The lot is still blank and nothing is there. One time I did it and a red error box popped up, but I wasn’t able to repeat that error. See screenshots below. I was going to do video but I see there is a size limit on attachments so I screenshotted what I could.Pet Does Not Appear in World
since the most recent update, my sim household dog will not appear anywhere in the world. They don’t come when called and are not locatable when the profile is selected. I’ve tried reloading the lot, saving and exiting the game, and going into CAS. Nothing seems to override the bug.Bugs I’m facing
I have sims 4 on my ps4 and am noticing bugs with the retail stores …as soon as they want to buy they instantly leave…on life and death the some dead people are standing and you cannot collect their soul . When I reset I have to go into build and move the door or else my sims can’t go into the other room …the horse ball stops working after a few days of use my sim doesn’t fly on his broom stick anymore…. lots of freezing and crashing and no I don’t use any mods and have tried saving and restarting
Deleting the game due to bugs
I’ve been a loyal simmer for a long while though our these years but with the bugs of error codes on ps4 of me not even able to play my own game causes me to want to delete. Lovely game when I was able to play but it’s too much when it keeps restarting. I really wished it was just playable for me. Bought most of the packs for nothing 🙁blooming rooms kit missing content
i’ve played the sims on my xbox for about a year, i have a disc with base game and cats and dogs and i have two kits, two stuff packs, and one game pack. but i bought the blooming room kit a month ago and since ive had it, it always says missing content i fixed it once but it still always ends up with missing content. i’ve gone into manage and it says everything is installed, i’ve restarted my console and i’ve cleared locally saved data. i really don’t know what to do because i love the kit and i love to play but i cant. thanks
Sims 4 keeps freezing when selling a stack of items
I play sims 4 on the PS5 with the PS4 version. I do not use mods and have never had any issues before. I have gone to try and rebuild my lot after clearing it and was sorting out my household inventory if I sell items individually the game works but is very slow. Tried to sell items as a stack and my game completely freezed forcing me to close it and start all over again. Tried this multiple times but the same issue occurs. Really don't want to sell my items 1 by 1 and it will take forever.Sims 4 cats and dogs issues
Years ago, I purchased the physical copy of Sims4: Cats and Dogs for my ps4. I recently got a ps5 and i signed in with the same ps account, did the data transfer and restored the licenses as well. I see that Cats and Dogs is now bundled up and I already have the My First Pet pack. The Cats and Dogs however, isn't showing up in my game content and is telling me i need to purchase it. Is there any other way i can get it back without buying it again?

It occurs randomly during gameplay on my console after a few hours. What happens when the bug occurs? In the middle of gameplay the game stops suddenly and I get a blue loading screen with spinning plumbob and a message that says "We are updating your graphics settings so that you can continue to enjoy playing The Sims 4". What do you expect to see? If there is something I need to change on my console settings myself, I expect it to tell me what to do to avoid this happening. I haven't changed any settings myself and can't find any mention of this message anywhere affecting others. I've done a console reset twice and reinstalled all my content twice. I've power cycled numerous times. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes Please describe the patch or change you made. It started a few months ago around the time I started to get a lot of crashing on save and exit and sometimes on travel or CAS then eventually on loading too. I already mentioned this on the feed about crashing on save and exit but it was suggested the 2 things weren't linked. It started after installing cottage living if memory serves me correctly. I'm extremely unhappy with the stability of the Sims 4 especially after purchasing a next gen Xbox specifically for this game after my Xbox one couldn't cope with all the content I had, it works fine for it's new owner with several games installed. I've had months of crashing on my brand new console and the feed on that subject has had no serious engagement from the Sims team, I've even reached out directly. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it myself but a lot of the research I'm doing mentions that graphics issues can cause crashing. So I want a definitive answer from devs or someone on the subject. I've spent so much money but every day I have issues, it takes 3 attempts to load my game now and I often have to restart my console in the middle of loading as it freezes. I play around 4/5 hours every single day. The 2 things did start around the same time so instead of putting up with the message I'm trying to get it resolved. If there is something that I need to change on my console to avoid this then I need to know, I've had enough of it now. If it's not linked to crashing then ok, that needs investigation for all of us separately as we have already reported. But everything I'm reading says graphics issues are a big factor in crashing. I had no problems with my brand new console before Cottage Living. I'd uninstall it if I hadn't used it in so many households. My game is constantly crashing on ps5 since new update whenever I try to save game or travel to other worlds etc. I have tried the all the tips, cleared cache rebuilt data base, did a hard reset on the ps5 and nothing works to fix the game. I posted this 10 months ago after another update at that point I ended up saving my household and starting a brand new save file. This worked for a while then started with the same issues about 6 months ago and then again about 2 months ago I had to do the same again even though I am only on the 3rd generation of a family this time. This means that every time I have to do something like this every world ive built I have to rebuild and I cant have legacy families because of it, I am constantly rebuilding the same houses and schools etc only for a few months down the line having to start over again. I am an avid simmer ive over 9300 hours into the game I have all the packs but I dont use mods and only on a rare occasion use the build move objects cheat but then once ive finished building a house turn the cheat off. Please please can someone help me as this really is becoming a jokeBuild mode
This week my game is giving me trouble that I can’t seem to fix. During build mode, I can only add, delete or move once; after that i can’t do anything else, I have to start all over again and go back to live mode and then build mode. It’s the only way that I found to keep playing but it’s so frustrating. I don’t know what else I can do. Help!
