Sims 4 Forever Friends event week 2 issues.
Went on to do week 2, and completed some of the tasks, now I have the task to Buy a Modern Photo Frame, but it's not available in the buy mode, and I cannot collect it from the event UI as I dont have enough points for it. I've added screenshot of the tasks I have left and the event UI.
Don’t seem to be able to visit B&H lots since new pack
I had quite a few business and hobbies lots set up but now when I visit I don’t get the option to visit the business only the house and so can’t buy anything. Seems to have completely stopped functioning since the new pack. I have all packs and play on Xbox so now my customer lots aren’t functioning and not are my b&h ones eitherAdventure Awaits 2 world download
I just recently just purchased the Adventure Awaits Expasion pack for my Xbox One and I have found that when it installed, it is showing two of the same world on the manage worlds page. One of the worlds has just the major builds and when I tried to play it asked something about a rental thing, I said yes, though I'm not sure what it was for. The other world includes both the builds and lots. Not sure what I can do. I tried creating a Sim and clicking on one of the builds in the world that had no lots but it didnt do anything.
Game not saving
Why every time I play on any save even brand new ones does it not allow me to save my game it's not mods or anything I play on console so mods are not able to be used this has been an issue for awhile now the game is just unplayable at this point which sucks because I love this game and I have spent so much money on this game and the fact that it's like this is bull crap I hope the new owners of this franchise does it better than you have done because if I had to do a survey I would honestly give it one starBlank white screen appears
Hello, I don’t usually write on these but i don’t know what else to do. So lately when i try to open the game it wouldn’t start I would have to restart five times before it would load however since the update before the pack came out it’s been loading pretty fine so thanks for that. When I try to travel to a different world San Myshuno to be exact a blank white screen appears and won’t load. when I try to back out to pick another world it grey’s out and I would have to end up quitting the game and restarting. This is frustrating because some sims that are apart of my story line live in that world and I can’t access. I should be able to access this world and I’m unsure what is causing this issue since I play on console. I also found that a bigger household lags or is more prone to crash when traveling as opposed to a household with 3 to 4 Sims but the same issue happens no matter what household I use I can’t access that worldExpansion packs disappearing/ need repurchasing
Hi I play on PS4 and loaded into my game this morning and as I clicked to load my last played household it popped up with a notification saying that 3 expansion packs were missing but when I was playing the game yesterday it was fine. Now it’s showing that I have to repurchase the expansion pack all over again and I refuse to pay for them again… can someone explain why this has happened please
Can't install update 2.19
My ps4 downloads the update file, but when I press to install it, it just says "can't install update file". I've tried everything. Rebuilding the database, searching for system updates, checked my internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled, and so on... Nothing works. I have no issues with other games or updates, it's only Sims. I can't even play the game, cause it wants me to install the update first... Which I can't... Please help!Pool won't place, then build mode breaks (Xbox)
In build mode, I go to place a pool, and it doesn't place. Then, nothing will place (like objects, flooring, etc.) nor can I delete anything or really do anything in build mode at all. So, I go to save my game and reload it. Game won't save as save screen just goes round and round, build won't save or upload to gallery because it says it can't reach the server, and if I go to manage worlds, it stays stuck on the loading screen. It's really, really frustrating that I have to lose a build/not place pools atm because of this! Any soulutions?My kits are saying they are unavailable.
I am in need of assistance because I was trying to load into my game and it says that multiple kits are unavailable that I do have and that I do have installed. I've checked the pack selectors and it shows that they are purchased but unavailable. I have deleted my saved data and uninstalled the game but nothing is working. The latest update did not restore my gallery. Still no gallery at all Connected to internet? Yes Tried Link to EA in game options? Yes, over a dozen times Account linked on EA.com? Yes Account in good standing? Yes Tried full power down, wait, then reboot? Yes, many times over No gallery access since June 2025 update. Lengthy forum thread closed by EA as *solved* despite the fact that many Playstation players *never* got gallery access restored. Four months and counting Mods? Not possible on PS5Ps Bug - Issue on build mode
This is a bug that appeared after the most recent update before the one that released on the 23rd of Sept. In build mode the back button, or in my case O, does not work when clicking objects to place and wanting to go back to the items menu. It’s extremely infuriating and makes decorating a longer process than it needs to be. I either have to wait for the button to want to work or go to live mode back to build mode which can also be frustrating when the lag kicks going in between the two modes.The weight glider isn’t working
Hey sims 4. I’m used to being able to press my fingernails and being able to adjust their weight. I’m playing the Iona family and my mermaid is on her like 15 child and I’m not able to adjust her weight even if I put in the cheat code I’m not able to do it. Why aren’t we able to do it anymore even without using the cheat code that was always in CAS. I hope this can please be fixed.My entire game is glitched at this point
I can barely even play the game at this point. Each time I enter a household if I even attempt to travel between worlds my game glitches. It won’t even let me make a new household and move them. I’ve been trying to move a new sim into the world but each time I click on any of the worlds it just takes me to a white scene and I can’t move anymore! Heck even getting the game set up is stressful, I have to try again and again to even open the game! I play on Xbox and would love to at least play the game at least once…each time there’s a new update my game gets worse, I can’t even play the game without issues then I don’t wanna play the game anymore
