New Update Deleted All of My Save Files
I just hopped on my Xbox One to check out the most recent updates and found that every single save file has been deleted. All downloaded content, thousands of hours of world-building and gameplay over the years - gone. What is this nonsense? Can they even attempt to fix this or am I permanently deleting this game? I’m pissed off beyond belief.
Windows and doors occasionally/often glitch into walls for no reason
I'm having this issue where my windows and doors will become part of the wall and I have to go onto build mode and select, and put back down in the exact same spot they were then it's fine, then another window/door will do the exact same any reason why?? I'm not using mods/cc as I'm on console, and build cheats are switched off, proving it's a perfectly fine place to have said window/door without conflicts? It also happens to both inside and outdoor doors
Sims 4 add-on kit not showing up in gallery(PS5)
So, back in 2023(March 3rd to be exact) I purchased the “Goth Galore” kit. After playing for a few hours, I got off the game and didn’t come back to it until months later. I started up the game and noticed my sim was undressed and when I went to my create-a-sim to figure out what was wrong, all of the things relating to the kit was gone. I immediately contacted EA for support, but they said since I purchased it through Play Station, I’d have to contact them. Long story short, neither parties knew what to do :( I’ve updated, restarted, and reinstalled the sims game and yet it’s still gone. Whenever I go through my download history(on the sims) everything is there and they say they’ve been installed. I can’t get a refund because it’s well past 30 days. Can anyone help?
Sims 4 Error 800/801
I have been having ongoing issues for the past year. I often get lot errors 800 and 801 when trying to load them. I also will have lots that take a long period to load and end up crashing. Now, my entire map of Willow Creek is unplayable. The house value have also dropped significantly. I read it can be due to residential rentals, but I had this issue before. Willow Creek became corrupt after I added residential rentals. I try to remove them, but certain ones have an error and I cannot get past. How can I fix my save? It is not possible to load a back up. Any advice will help EA Support did not have a solution or even a reason why this would happen.Expansion Packs and game add-on’s not working/loading
I recently got a new Xbox console and switched all of my games and data over via network transfer. I own the sims 4 but have a physical copy(game disc), when I open the game and tried to load one of my save files, I got a message saying “game data incomplete”. I exited to the main menu and looked at my gallery and to my surprise almost all the cloths on my sims and furniture in my households in my save files weren’t loading. It says that the expansion packs that I used are “not owned” even though they are already installed on my console. I did some research and people with the same issue said to not uninstall the add-ons because that would just make it worse. I also made sure that my new console was set to my home console like others suggested. After every attempt to get the add-ons to load ,the game still won’t register that I already own them and they are already installed. I don’t know what to do, and just want to play the game. Can anyone help ? :(
Packs not loading in game despite all being installed (xbox)
So I have a LOT of packs on the xbox 1, and ever since I got the xbox s none of my packs or other downloaded content has been working on the xbox 1 and theres just too much to transfer over to the new console. If I go onto “manage add ons” it says they’re all installed and it says the same on the xbox store, but when I go in game none of it loads and the in-game store tells me to go visit the microsoft store. Yes the account which purchased the packs is still connected. Yes again they are all installed properly. Yes there’s enough storage for them all. Yes I have deleted and re-bought the base game. Yes I have restarted my xbox. I can’t think of any reason this might be other than the sims 4 can’t handle two consoles at once which I doubt because all of sims families have transferred."Get to Work" add-on not working
When I try to play Sims 4 on my main Xbox I get a message that says "Game data not complete" and it appears the "Get to Work" DLC is what's not loading. A few nights ago this happened for the first time and when I attempted to uninstall and reinstall it, it no longer said I owned the add-on. It was late so I repurchased it and contacted Xbox for a refund the next day. It worked for that night, however I attempted to play again tonight and before I uninstalled it, I contacted Xbox support. They walked me through every other troubleshooting step and when we got to the step where I uninstalled the DLC, it once again says I no longer own the DLC. The Xbox rep said this was an EA issue. The craziest part though is that if I try to play on my other Xbox, I have no problems and it shows that I own the DLC still. I use the same account for both consoles and have tried everything. I've been at this for nearly 4 hours today. I'm at a complete loss and I just want to play my game. Help 😭
[PS5] Data Lost - Error
A few days ago, my game crashed, and when I tried to reopen it, I received a notification saying "Data lost" or something similar. Fortunately, I didn’t lose my save files or progress, but all my settings and packs were reset. To this day, I still get notifications about recently purchased packs that I cannot turn off, as well as notifications about life events I have already completed. My game seems really confused. How can I get rid of these? BB and CAS are easy to fix since it's enough to enter the catalog once, but the notifications keep popping up all the time.Technical issues and feedback
I'm having a strange issue,i don't know if anyone else is experiencing it but I'll do my best to describe it after I give feedback. Feedback ( please, please, please remove the popups on the home page,or at least give us the ability to toggle them off and on before creating a sim to play. Whatever this is,its causing a freeze like situation that appears to be able to "save" itself to the account, because uninstalling the game only fixes the problem if data from everywhere is deleted. And it only happens when those pop-up aren't touchable. You hit B and go behind the box but it doesn't go away,if you are lucky if not hitting B or start will make the game unresponsive to your controller outside of the start button.) So...i guess i shared the issue while giving the feedback, I just bought life and death and can't play it, because the bug locked me out. I'm playing on Xbox,in English,i can't remove any files or other things because I'm using a console,i bought a lot of the packs please find out what is going on.

I used to play Sims4 on my little brothers PS4 and then I moved out and got my own PS5 and have tried playing sims on there but had to make my own playstation account so it wouldn’t let me log into my old Sims account because it said it can only be logged into one on playstation in its life and I really want my pacs from that account, is there any way to fix this or transfer my pac?
PS4 stuck on main menu after Sims delivery
I’ve had a new Sims delivery update on my PS4 version of Sims and I now cannot navigate around the main menu. The cursor just continually flashes green and will not move. I have tried doing a cold reset of the console and nothing. I was rather hoping to buy some new expansion packs tonight too but I can’t play. I am using a PS4 with Sims 4 version 2.04 which was last updated on the 3rd December 2024.Life and Death preorder bonus gone
I pre-ordered life and death, it's the only one I ever pre-ordered, and for a while now I've noticed that something from the bonuses kept disappearing from my game completely. It's the Family Portrait Frame you can have hanging up in your sims houses. It's completely gone from my game. So far it's the only thing I've seen go completely missing. The game crashed before I could save it this time yet it happens any other time I play in a save. I can't even find the item in build mode, their household inventory, the sims personal inventories or in the catalog. The error message says; "Item Removed. One or more items may not be installed on your system or you do not own this content. One build mode item has been removed" Edit to add: I've also just now learned that it's also the music box. When I go to build mode while playing a character on a lot and try to open household inventory, the game completely crashes. My Sim is using the Handiness skill and selling the bath tubs through build mode. When I go to open household inventory the first time and sell items, it’s fine. But if I try to open it again it completely crashes my game, forcing a complete restart. Not to mention, it takes about three reloads to load my save data. This is on an Xbox One with the majority of the packs installed.
