@SkeetD0921 , If you are buying used copies of any game (doesn't matter if is the Sims series or not) most often the codes used to register and run the game have been used by the owner. As for getting new codes to register the game, you can always try contacting EA Customer Service and getting help or answers directly from them. 

So on to your next question. The original series was named The Sims and here are the Expansion Packs. I only have the US Titles. Not sure what they were titled in other countries. Because of when this and Sims 2 were programed, you need to install them in the order I list them in.
