@kateoverend I'll ask some sim-enthusiast friends, but I doubt I'll be able to find a definite answer. I didn't even know there was a PSP version of the game, and 

Generally fan wikis are pretty reliable, and after having a look about, it seems that it's possible on PSP. It's always possible that there's misinformation, but in this case I'd believe the claims that you can. You've probably seen it already but apparently the steps are to build a relationship with a glowing-eyes wolf, until it bites you.

I know it's not a definitive answer, if I can find something more solid  I'll update the thread.
