@ShanPam96 , ok here's what we need to do for the first step. 🙂

Locate your Sims 2 folder (found Documents > EA Games > Sims 2) and move it to your Desktop. Do not copy and paste or create a shortcut, actually move the folder to your Desktop. Next start up the game. This will allow the game to regenerate a new Sims 2 folder. If everything appears, start a game and play for about an hour or so to make sure there rest of the game is working correctly. I'm not sure if you tried to install any custom content or mods previously, but they could have conflicted with something in the game. 

A word about CC and mods for Sims 2. You need to make sure that you have the latest version of everything. And before you add back CC from your old game, you may want to check it to make sure it's still good. 

Also make sure you have run Graphics Rule Maker to make sure you graphics card is recognized. You don't need the 4GB patch as the game is update since you're installing it from Origin. Any questions about Graphics Rule Maker you can find answers to on Leefish's forums.
