You can install the game in english. When it's ready, it's a bit diffucult. So, follow these instructions (work with Windows only) :
- Go in the Start Menu
- Search for regedit
-In the Registry Editor, open the folder : Software>Wow6432Node>Electronic Arts>The Sims Medieval>Locale.
-Double click on the key and replace "en-EN" by "ru-RU"
It works with the french version. I hope it will work with the russian one 🙂
And how for the french?

Il faut suivre le même chemin indiquer au dessus et noter fr-FR à la place de en-EN .
In regards to changing languages from English to something else or something else to English, the instructions listed above only work for Origin. Please note that this works only for languages that EA games support.
EA is aware that the EA App does not switch languages in game and it normally sets your preferences at setup.

Just commenting to say that I just tried this with the EA App, it still works, thank you!
I can't find the "locale" folder. When I get to the "the sims medieval" folder I only see "erge" and "membername". Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong??
@Almacheese , did you try to translate the instructions into your language? Sometimes folders may be named something different in another language. Afraid I only know English.
