In the end after all the trouble shooting I want through and still unable to play I had no others choices in the end only solution I had left as I read some of the comments on FB I removed my game in other words deleted it. Then I downloaded it from the App Store and had to go through the unseal routine of stating my age and so on then it came to the inportent part what was the last time it was saved to the cloud. It was saved one day ago. Ok so I knew that lost half a day in other words I had to start over and just well I did as the clock had started the day it was lunched as it said on it 13 days left. So that's a full day out. I been working on it to catching up and having to work over night depriving me of sleep. All because of some sort of bug in the game. Now since I got all back and the bleached out hairs and teddies are back to full glory. Next time there is an up date I save it straight away in case it happens again I saved it just before coming here in case I can't get back
