Zest zone glitch in Breezy Fields
I have seen some similar posts, but here's my frustrating experience. Last night I entered into the Zest zone for the Rosebud Ranch (the only one that I REALLY want! Though I got the others.). I told my sim to distract Wumples (just under 6 hours) before I went to sleep, for more than 6 hours. When I got up, I saw the action flashing in my Sim tracker. When I clicked on her, it did not register her distracting Wumples at all. Reset. That put far enough behind that I have to dump SP on this to be able to finish on time. I know this is only the player forum, so how do I actually lodge this complaint with EA? It's been ages since I lost an action on a glitch, and the first time I actually care.
Social Points Only for VIPs... New Capsule Features Sucks
Hello, I know this is probably pointless, but wanted to share my frustration. With the newest update as of today, they took the option to exchange Life Points into Social Points from us, by getting rid of the Social Points Flower. Now you can only get tokens for the Social Points Capsule at VIP Level 8 (!!!), this used to be available in exchange for 20 Life Points. Meaning the game is now officially only for players who spend a lot of money on the game and have reached VIP Level 8. I'm so disappointed. Does anybody else share this feeling? Please vote this up if you do! Perhaps we can show them that we don't agree with this. I wish they would still allow us to convert Life Points into Social Points, this was the only fall-back option to help with high social point costs for certain tasks (e.g. Development Sites). Please change it back to what it was!
Its required to built with Wood too
To grow my town it’s required to build a building with HAMMERS, NAILS AND WOOD, and to get all those its in the Community Market place to filled the customers baskets, but its NOT PROVIDED ME ANY WOOD PERIOD so its NOT ALLOWING ME TO BUILD A BUILDING when it NEEDS WOOD! Im getting the others but no WOOD, so yes i need you game developers to add that in my task it makes no sense playing a online game if its not doing what it supposed to do for players like me….i need tons of wood to continue my task
Issues with Profession Resource Capsules
After the most recent update, there appears to be a bug with all of the Profession Resource Capsules (formerly known as “Resource Spin”). Resources earned from opening a Profession Resource Capsule are not counting towards any of the profession badge tasks. Example: My Professional Performer Sim has a badge task that requires collecting 10 Ticket Stub resources during a shift. During the shift, I paid simoleons to open a Profession Resource Capsule and received 3 Ticket Stub resources, but these were not counted toward the badge progress. This was not a problem before the latest update and has now made it even more difficult to get my higher ranking sims badges from any profession they are working at. Please fix this.

Currently (June of 2020) the only way to have friends in The Sims FreePlay (SFP) is FaceBook (FB), Game Center (GC) or Google Play (GP). I just completed the event SimChase Season 97: It’s On Like Yamachan and after completing the event I had won all the prizes. I just logged in this evening to see that my game decided to do an update and set me back a week and I lost all the prizes from this event. I would like to have the prizes and everything from this event. How do I contact support to get my prizes?Critical issues
After this newest update, i had a bunch of new challenges pop up at the same time. Island influencer, craft challenge, the chase challenge, all as soon as the update was complete. The chase challenge opened and i immediately went to start 1st task when suddenly i get a pop up saying i missed the prize then the next prize lost within a second. This went all the way to the end of the challenge which lasted about 5 minutes so basically i never got to play at all and missed all the prizes. Then the craft challenge only gave 2 days to complete which there is no way to complete it. During the craft challenge, ive always noticed that after restock its supposed to last 9 uses but thats a lie because im constantly restocking tables after 1-3 uses. There are several huge prizes i won and never received as well like the blossom estates farm house. I have spent well over $1000 on this game in a year. They just lost a customer because i belive all these "glitches" are all done on purpose to get people to keep having to spend real money just to complete challenges that are faulty. Some chsllenges ask for 9 sims to be on a computer and you make sure there are 9 or more sims working on that challenge, suddenly when they are done with that task, the game only counts 8 out of 9 so you either pay to complete the challenge or you miss the prize. There are way too many issues with this game that seem to be happening with purpose intent. After over a year of playing this game, as much as i love it, i hate it more because of all the problems and "glitches" im done spending another dime in this game. Its a lost cause. Also, when you want to purchase in store using social points, they sell the exact same garbage products every single day. You can only get the nice furniture and things buy paying cash for it. The game is no longer fun especially when they are cheating so many people out of their real money. They dont fix any of the problems either. This last update messed up my entire game including all of the challenges so i quit. Its not worth it anymore for me.Why you delete the baby glicth?
First of all, I don't really understand with you guys, you don't put any respect for your player. I play the sims freeplay since 2015, yeah almost 10years I play this game, until one update back on Oktober or November everything is gone. You deleted my sims. Only 48 sims remains. Where is the fun to play such a small amount sims in a lot of house lots? I try to complain in instagram, but your admin just delete my whole comment, you don't know how your player struggle play the game. Back in 2019 I have to quit playing the sims freeplay because my phone (samsung S8 Plus) just too old to render the game. And you don't know how hard to make money in my country just to afford a new phone. Long story short I bought my self (Samsung s21 Ultra) and I glad cry in tear I can explore my creativity again towards my sims. But in the new, update 2025 everything is gone, you just delete my creativity, my sims, and your player's joy. I spent some money as well to the game, but you seems don't really care as well. I felt really betrayed and heartbroken, just wondering why? Why did you do that? A glitch is not cheats. Why did you do that? I am pretty sure, you won't even gonna see my comment anyways, but please, please bring back my sims, or at least make the amount sims in a town more. And also in one lots. I’ve noticed recurring issues with Sims in the Hospital and Police careers. In the Hospital, Sims start their tasks but then get stuck and can’t reach their destination with no visible reason, eventually abandoning the task after a few minutes. In the Police, Sims sometimes get an error saying the required room is already occupied by another Sim, even though the room is career-specific. Clicking the task again usually works. Sims can also get stuck in the interrogation room; switching between Sims in other buildings temporarily fixes it.
