Can’t Play Simcase 106
As soon as I did the update & start the Simchase it automatically advanced to Day 2, giving my rival the win for Day 1. I’m still stuck on Day 1 because the tasks that I need to complete do not exist. I’m supposed to go to the park & talk to Mister Know-It-All. I go to the park he is not there. Bbq some shrimp, not an option when I click on a grill, eat a sundae from a fridge, not an option. I can’t even spend social points to finish the day & move forward. I’ve reached out to player support & they just tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app (which I have already done) so I’m getting very frustrated.
Download error message
Game will not download recent update data on both iPod Touch and latest iPad model. Both devices have most recent iOS update. Keep getting download error message. Only have access to WiFi. Everything else works just fine, including streaming video content, so it’s not the WiFi connection. Tried hard reset of both devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. Just keep getting same download error message after a certain amount of download progress. Been hitting the RETRY button for almost an hour how, like an idiot.Game crashes
It’s been over two months and my game keeps crashing. You said you would fix it but nothing is changing. I just want to play again. I tried everything I could to make it work again but it’s not something I can fix, it’s something you should fix. It’s literally impossible to speak with someone from EA, I don’t want a bot who doesn’t understand what I’m saying, I want somebody who can actually solve my problem. All you care about is money and it shows, you treat users like crap because you know they can’t do anything about it. I’m really upset and sad, it was my favorite game and you ruined it.Update caused me to have completed missions above my current level
I was on level 20 before I stopped playing for about 3 months. When I started playing TSF again recently, I finished level 20 and went to 21. But since then, they moved the quests up. But I finished the quests 1-18 and now next is “adulthood” but it is not 21, it’s 25!Unable to add a new Sim to my town – Please help
Hello everyone, I am having a problem with The Sims FreePlay and I hope someone can help me. For the past 3 days, I have been unable to add a new Sim to my town. Every time I try, the game does not let me continue, so I cannot add the Sim. Here is what I have already tried: Restarted my iPhone. Closed and reopened the game. Reinstalled The Sims FreePlay. Logged back into my account. Checked my internet connection. Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem. I also contacted EA Support, but I only received general troubleshooting articles that did not fix the issue. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is this a known bug after a recent update, or is there anything else I can try? If an EA Community Manager or moderator sees this, could you please help or let me know if this issue can be investigated?
Lost current data and game won’t download
Every update it always says “download error” so i uninstalled the app, I successfully updated it but my cloud is saying this file is from 12 weeks ago which means all my hard work ive done in the past 3 months is gone. Since it’s sayin 12 weeks on my iPad I’m tryin to see if I can retrieve it on this tablet and it won’t even download it keeps saying error. I’m getting really tired of this now, I worked hard and spent money in this game for YEARS!!! This is unacceptable everything is linked, all my data was saved theres no reason my current cloud shouldn’t be there I play every single dayEye-Level camera angle Needed in Normal Gameplay
Please fix update issues so that present and future updates will be smoother with WiFi. The fly through camera is pretty decent for capturing the house environment. An Eye-Level Camera angle is needed similar to the Sims 4 camera angle in gameplay. Chubby or curvy Body Templates should be added to the game.
Issues with Workstations
This bug is so frustrating that I just have to write about it. Yes, even a "Hero" struggles with ingame glitches. I couldn't win the last challenge, and it’s turning into a total disaster. Apparently, I’ve hit the limit for the candle station and all other station reached, which simply isn't true. I moved all the stations into inventory , restarted the game, and bought them all again—yes, I actually had to buy them. I cleared everything out, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, yet the workstations still aren't working... Well, now I’m playing with the handbrake on. Instead of 4-3, I'm getting 3-2, and so on... Has anyone had the issue where their sim looks busy and you cannot send them to work or send them home from anywhere as it looks like they’re busy doing a task. I have one sim just stuck in another sims house and I’m unable to do anything with him. It’s so frustrating as he’s such an important sim and it’s making me lose progress. I have been back and forth with player support for a month but they can’t seem to fix the problem and close my case. Has anyone had this before? How did you fix it? I’m close to giving up playing this game and I’ve played for over 10 years! Thank you :)Stuck in Sim Springs – Alluring Abode (No Tasks, No Renovation House)
Hi everyone, I’m stuck in the Sim Springs – Alluring Abode mission. I started the event, but I think the original renovation house was either deleted or replaced before I could finish the tasks. Now when I visit the location, I only see regular homes like Real Estate and Driveway Homes. The renovation house is gone, and I have no quests or tasks showing up related to this event. I’m completely stuck and can’t progress any further. To clarify, I’ve been playing on a game save that I got from someone else a long time ago, so I’m not exactly sure what happened earlier in the mission — but the house is definitely missing now. I already tried: Reinstalling the game Restarting and waiting 24 hours Visiting the location multiple times Checking both the Quest tab and SimDex Nothing has worked so far. I’ve also contacted EA Support and I’m waiting for a response. Meanwhile, I was wondering if anyone here has experienced this issue or knows a possible fix? Thanks so much in advance!
New Update Review
Hi sim community, first I'd like to say cheers to the new update. Love the flythrough especially and the new look to the community market. But the issue with the romance actions on the couches has still not been resolved after the update. Could you let us know if it'll ever be fixed? Also, I have a problem with the lightning, I just realised I haven't got the enhanced lightning since the first time it was introduced, I'd be glad if you could take a look into that too. 💓
