A glitch in missing vehicles
Is anyone on ISO ipad playing Sims Freeplay are missing vehicles but the system saying that your character still have but their car lot is empty with NO CAR and its not even showing at the car dealer store but the tech service can not help they’re repeatedly saying “sorry we can not find the content “ Are they supposed to be the web developer or not?

Ok I want to know why it is with some hobbies it takes forever to get some badges. I’ve been having a sim do the figure skating and it’s taken almost 2 weeks and still trying to get the last two badges. One badge is normal the other rare. I had a similar issue with bowling, aerobics and bargain hunting. For bowling I had 2 sims and it kept giving me the level 1 badges even though they were top level. I ended up doing the dice roll to finish it. For bargain hunting I had to complete it otherwise I wouldn’t have finished in time for the air chamber and it was a combination of the same thing the others had with taking forever to level up in the hobby when others didn't have this issue. Wood working also had the issue of taking forever to level up. I had 5 sims working on it for the event and still couldn’t level them fast enough to unlock the prizes even though 1 was almost at the top of the hobby.
Sims Freeplay Cars and noise.
Could we please get an option to turn off these cars? An idling vehicle is deeply annoying for a couple of reasons. One, although some people may like the white noise affect, for others its spoiling the enjoyment of our households. I've tried sending it to another house and back and forth, but now the other household has received another car and I have tobturn off the sound. Two, if I have to have a car, I want a soundless EV. Clean and quiet. This just reminds me of exaust fumes. So, in your next upgrade, can you at least allow us the option of turning off the vehicle so that we can enjoy the game.
Sims Freeplay Cloud Save Issues
So I have the Sims Freeplay on a crappy (free) LG Tablet, LG GPad F2 8.0. I have it on an SD card, but I still want to use the cloud save. I created a facebook account just for this, but when I went onto the sims freeplay, it says "sorry, there are no social networks available" or something like that, on both account manager and cloud buttons. I tried google play games, but when I entered my email, it would load, but then it would go back to the thing where you type your email. It eventually started saying that my account didn't exist, but it did. I spelled everything correctly and all that, but i eventually gave up. I left the app to find it was no longer there. So google play games is not an option. I am guessing it is an age issue, I don't remember what age I put in though. I have read threads and articles on this and most of the reasons are the age that I put in. But their only way to solve the age issue is to uninstall then reinstall the app. But to use cloud save first. I NEED TO FIX THE AGE TO USE CLOUD SAVE!!! I can't use cloud save and then uninstall the app and then reinstall it to use cloud save. NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE HELP ME!!! (sorry if what I just explained doesn't make sense) So the questions are: How do I fix my age without having to uninstall the app? Can I uninstall the app on the crap tablet but it will still be on the sd card? (if i uninstall it with the sd card in) Will I every be able to use cloud save without losing my game? If I uninstall the app, will the data still be on there because of the sd card? How would the sd card thing work? like if i uninstall it and stuff, how do i get my data from the sd card on there? Sorry about all the stuff, words. I want the cloud save thing because I would rather play the sims freeplay on an emulator, on my new MacBook air, and i can't put an sd card for android on a MacBook air.Newbie to Freeplay
Hey yo! I'm a long time Sims 3 / 4 PC gamer. I just downloaded Freeplay on my android and I do not have a Facebook account...is that the only option for finding neighbor's gamertags? Or to send out requests? If so...daaang EA ...I will not succom to making a FB account. Not happening 🫡

Just add a post below and start connecting. 😃 There are some things to include in your post that will make connecting with others more fluid. Please use our check list below to make sure you've got the necessities in your post. 😉 Include the method of connection you use. You can send a DM by hoovering over a members profile pic and clicking "send message" in the bottom left.) EDIT i am sorry to say that AHQ does not allow emails in DMs either, so there is no way to connect via Game Center on AHQ Add a bit about yourself. Some like to include level and Town Value for example, or you might want to say where your SP house is located and what might be missing. Once you've got the necessities included, the next step is adding your new friends. How you ask? We got you covered!! Read on... How do I add friends? Currently (June of 2020) the only way to have friends in The Sims FreePlay (SFP) is FaceBook (FB), Game Center (GC) or Google Play (GP). Before I go into the how's, please be aware of the following: As FaceBook and Game Center includes disclosing personal information, I do not recommend ❌posting links to your FB account, ❌your phone number or ❌email on this WORLD WIDE OPEN forum. It is not safe for you. Google Play players can safely ✔️ post their nicks. **Note: When it comes to me, I'm afraid my Party Boat is full which means I can't accept any more connections. I'd ask members NOT to send me a DM about adding you as a result but thanks in advance for wanting to connect. FaceBook Add them as friends on FB and they'll soon be at your Party Boat. I recommend that you join a closed FB group for SimsFreePlay Log into FB and search for "SimsFreePlay" and choose a group (or more) that you think suits you Choose a closed one, ask to become a member, the point is so that random (non gaming) people can not send you request (or spam you with illicit junk) and those from your group, you can vet them by looking at their profiles and if they behave inappropriate, you can report them to the Group Admin and of course block them. Game Center (iOS users) Go to settings on your device (not in the game) Scroll down to Game Center Select add friend Enter phone number/email or choose from your contact list For a visual guide, click on the spoiler tag below Google Play (Android users) Open Google Play app Go to your profile, bottom right Swipe so you get the Friend menu Enter nickname to send out an invite For a visual guide, click on the spoiler tag below Social Point Houses and Neighbours Many have a Social Point (SP) house, specifically build for the neighbours to do tasks. I will list what items you need in your SP house and some things to take into consideration, if you'd like to build one. 🙂 SP House Objects and Items you need Note: I will not list objects that can not be placed in a normal house, like the Snowboard in the Snow Park or the Fishing rod at the Park and Deer Falls Spring Hobby Helper and hobby Objects If you want to be a really good neighbour, you can help out with the hobbies as well. Access difficulties in Iran — The Sims Mobile means so much to players there
Hello EA team and fellow players, I wanted to share the experience of a close friend in Iran who is an avid player of The Sims FreePlay. Right now, internet access in Iran is very unstable due to blackouts and restrictions. Many people have to rely on expensive VPN connections just to access basic online services, often paying very high prices per gigabyte, and even then the connection is often unreliable. Despite this, This game has become one of the few sources of comfort and joy in her daily life. It gives her something positive to focus on during a stressful and difficult time. Unfortunately, the unstable connection makes it extremely challenging for her to log in or play consistently. I understand there may be technical or legal limitations, but I wanted to ask if there are any possible ways to improve the experience for players in regions with limited internet access — even suggestions, guidance, or changes that could help the game tolerate intermittent connectivity better. Seeing how much this game means to people in tough situations makes me appreciate the impact it has, and I hope there might be some way to help players like her continue enjoying it. 1. How do I get a pre-teen? Tap on a toddler and select “Have Birthday”. You need a birthday cake to be able to have a birthday. We’ll even give you one for free! But if you need more, you can bake one using an oven. You need to be level 11 or higher to unlock the birthday cake ingredients from the oven. 2. What if I don’t have a toddler? You will need to get married first, then you can have a baby. Once you have a baby, it can grow into a toddler by having a birthday! 3. Now that I have a pre-teen. Can I change their appearance? You can edit your pre-teen’s appearance in the Create-A-Sim menu, or the Salon. With the Sim that you want to edit selected, tap this icon to access the Create-A-Sim menu. Or tap this icon to enter the Salon 4. How do I send my pre-teen to School? The school can be found next to the Sports Stadium. You will need to build it before you can send your pre-teens there. Once it’s built, tap on it and select a pre-teen to enroll. Then choose a class time that suits your Sim. Whichever class time you choose, you have up to an hour either side of that time to send your pre-teen to school. For example, if your class starts at 12:00pm, you can send them to school anytime between 11:00am & 1:00pm. To send you pre-teen to school, open the Simtracker and tap on the flashing icon next to the pre-teen. 5. Can my pre-teen study outside of school class hours? Yes, your pre-teen can also study at their desk. To do this, buy a Desk from the “Preteen” tab in the Home Store. Once you have purchased your pre-teen’s desk, there will be options available for any kind of study style! 6. What do I get for sending my pre-teens to school and making them study? Whenever your pre-teens finish a class or study at their desk, their grade level will increase. When they achieve a new grade, they will unlock a new item/reward. Grade levels range from C to A+++. 7. How do I get my pre-teens to do karate or ballet. Your pre-teens can practice karate or ballet at the Sports Center, which can be built in the corner of the map in the residential area. 8. How do I get my pre-teens to go to the Sports Center? Tap on the Sports Center icon to enter, then open Simtracker and tap on the pre-teen’s whistle icon. 9. How do I get a pre-teen to practice karate? Tap on either the Sparring Dummy or the Wooden Karate Board and choose an action. 10. How do I get a Pre-teen to practice ballet? Tap on either the Record Player or the Ballet Barre and choose an action. 11. Does my pre-teen’s skill level improve from practicing? Yes. As they practice, your pre-teens will level up and their interactions will improve. 12. What do I get for levelling up? You will unlock a new item at each level. There are 6 levels in all. 13. How do I check my pre-teen’s skill level? Tap on the sports icon above the Simtracker. 14. Can my pre-teen move from karate to ballet, or vice versa? Yes, but they will go through a transitioning stage first. Be careful, after a pre-teen transitions from one sport to another, they will lose their previous progress. 15. How do I log into the Part Boat with Game Center? If you’re already logged into Game Center on your device, the game will instantly recognize your account. Any friends that you have in Game Center will become neighbours in the Party Boat. 16. How do I log into Game Center? Tap on the Game Center icon on your device’s home screen. Then follow the steps to Sign In or Create a New Account. 17. How do I check which Game Center achievements I’ve completed in the game? Go into Game Center, the select “The Sims FreePlay”. Remember the trendy toddlers hairstyle pack?
I started a new game several months ago with a new account and I forgot how sparse the toddler hair selection is! :/ I miss the trendy toddler’s hair pack and I wish those styles could come back to the store - maybe with the hair options available to both boys and girls. Honestly just more hairstyles in general would make the toddler lifestage so much funner! Does anyone else feel the same?
