Sunset Mall - Unable to interact with ground floor activities/hobbies
I just recently bulid the mall in my Sims town I recently just started the mall task I bought something from the mall that task was completed I did the invite crush to the mall after that was completed I cleared the boxes in front of the excalators and then I did the task for the strange sound near the escalators and now im on the task where u introduce your sim to the robot but unfortunately the robot just sits on the floor I cant click on the robot no examination point above him cant walk near the robot cant click on the robot is this some kind of mall bug going on?? Since the update?? If so please fix it I can't even finish it have 6 days to finish it to unlock the snack bar I think thats what its called I cant remember I cant walk on the floor or anything is anyone else having a similar experience besides me on the robot task 🤣🙄 [CM edit - descriptive title]Cars disappearing in Downtown Developer
My cars won't show in my Downtown Developer lots unless I'm on the first floor in build mode at the right angle. This is happening to all my DD lots even though it shows that the Sims have cars assigned to them at the car dealer. I reached out to EA before but they said since it's not a widespread issue, they weren't going to do anything about it. Stupid way to treat a loyal gamer (I've been playing this since 2014). Anyway, does anyone else have this issue? I'm playing on an iPhone 17 Pro and sometimes an iPad Pro, so all iOS. Maybe more people would convince them to investigate and patch it...URGENT Timed Event Blocked: Granite Station Unavailable
I seem to have encountered a bug after the latest update. The entire first floor of the Downtown Developer mall is inactive and none of the resource stations can be used. Because of this, I cannot collect Granite and cannot complete the timed quest/event. I have already updated the game, restarted it several times, and the problem still remains. Since this is a time-limited event, I am losing valuable time and may not be able to finish it. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a fix?When are we getting body types ?
Just updated the game. It's quite disappointing. Still the same top of the head camera angle when playing with sims, no close up angle like we saw in the overrated special update video making a buzz. Not to mention the save and exit option is gone. No real effort, no new faces, no new body types or slidders nothing . Many people over the years have made this request ' give us new faces and body types ( curvy, slim, muscular ) for both male and female sims. It's 2026 Sim's Freeplay team it's time to level up and actually put in quality effort investing in this game.
Can't Seriously Swing, need for daily keys
I have the toddler, an adult and a teen at the swings at the mall. Adult can swing (just him and not the swing itself) but if I try to get the toddler to seriously swing, it says I need an adult or teen. Those two are standing AT THE SWINGS with the toddler. The mall is damaged by recent update. Please fix or give compensationCan’t get pass the garden update (bug)
I’m writing to report a game-breaking bug in The Sims FreePlay on mobile. I logged into my old account, and everything seemed fine until I went to town and started the garden update tutorial. Everything worked normally up until the point where I have to pick the lettuce bag. When I tap on it, the action starts but then gets stuck — the game doesn’t progress past that step. I’ve already tried: · Uninstalling and reinstalling the game · Trying on a different device · Clearing cache (if applicable) The issue still happens on both devices. I cannot get past this tutorial step, so I’m completely blocked from playing further. Please let me know if there’s a fix or if you can reset the tutorial or skip this quest on my account.Black Grid at Wildflower Way
I started building at Wildflower Way a few days ago and as soon as I clicked on the property, the lot was black. I can’t do any of the daily building tasks. Even when I placed 6 refrigerators it didn’t recognize the task as completed. I can’t do any of the tasks with Rose Meadows or Daisy Meadows, and the clock is ticking on 10 days and can’t be paused or stopped. I only completed Day 1 by skipping it with the SPs, but I can’t afford to do that for 10 days, especially with each day getting more expensive. When I try to place a building on this property the app crashes. I can also only access the property by clicking on Rose Meadows or Daisy Meadows in the Sim tracker. If I click on the property on the map it takes me to a random house. This also happens when I click on the community garden. I’ve tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, clearing my Safari cache, and have contacted support at least 5 times about this issue and taken their suggestions, but nothing has helped so far. Granted, their suggestions have mostly been the same. I honestly don’t know if it’s worth it to keep playing the game if I have to put up with the stress of continuing to try getting this fixed and not getting a resolution. Has anyone else gone through any of this?Bugs With Hospital Profession.
I keep experiencing a bug in the hospital. My nurse sim goes to do things with the X ray machine and for some reason when I go back she’s stopped and I have to start it all over. Occasionally I catch it when it happens and there’s the footprints icon comes up indicating they can’t get around something and have to start it over again. Anyone else experiencing this? I hope this can be fixed because it’s super annoying and wastes timeOpinions on the game interface
I really enjoy this game; it lets me experience different lifestyles and allows me to freely decorate my home. However, there's a small issue after the update: I think the activity icons take up most of the phone screen, affecting the gaming experience. La première étape de la quête est d'acheter un vêtement dans une boutique mais je n'ai pas accès au répertoire dans le hall d'entrée. La bulle au-dessus du répertoire ne s'affiche pas. Quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème ?
