What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, knitting, paranormal, toddler stuff, plant stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have someone die on your lot, controllable sim or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? Grim Repaer will not reap. A person will die on the lot, whether one of my sims or one that doesn't live on the lot. The Grim reaper appears and the sim collapses, but nothing happens beyond that. So the game is continuing on around but you cannot save the game. Several sim days go by and nothing changes. I've had to exit without saving and go back in to continue regular game play.
What do you expect to see? Grim Repaer to finish his interactions and the game to continue as normal so you can save, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

What happens when the bug occurs? Person dies on the lot, and the grim repaer appears but he never reaps and the person never disappears. You cannot save the game, and days and days in sim time go by and it never changes.
What do you expect to see? Except the grim reaper to finish the reaping and regular game resumes.
