@iamqueenkk Use the "Register a Game" function, which asks for a 20-character code. "Redeem a Code" is for worlds you buy through Origin and other bonus content.

- @puzzlezaddict Thank you - I was having issues that when I did that it says invalid code when I’m entering my sims medieval code - then it appeared in my origin game library anyway.
