@pantech310n I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. You'll need to ask an EA support rep to add the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit versions of the affected packs to your account. This is simple for a support rep to do and can absolutely still be done despite the age of Sims 3.

Make sure that you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
