This is bella genealogy shows that she not married to mortimer ? 

Then i look at the daughter genealogy and it shows totally different thing, it shows that mortimer is old man and still in the family tree. 

but now if you look at the household it will show that there is not mortimer 

so i don't understand stand the problem ? where could mortimer is . 

i've check other family sims that have dead sims and they all old people ? is there any thing i can do about this and have my ghost back ?

yeah, looks like the same issue. I've merged.

If there's no tombstone, I don't know what you could do. 

I don't know if it is of any help but the only ones that show up 'undead' (ie with the alive image but clearly not alive) in my game are the ones without tombstones. All the ones that I have with tombstones still show as deceased.  But I have also had situations where a sim has died since the patch and a tombstone hasn't appeared as it is meant to if it is a lot I am not playing. The tombstone/urn then appeared a few days later when the ghost of that sim came out. I don't think that is what is happening in your game, though. It sounds like in your case Mortimer has died but because the game can't find a tombstone for him, it doesn't know to process him as dead. Hopefully when EA fixes the patch you will get a tombstone and maybe Mortimer's ghost will appear as well.

I can't play my game at the moment because of university but the last time I did even sims that had died since the patch were being affected by the bug, not just ones from before, so it is becoming a widespread issue and one I am sure EA will have to tackle.

well i hope they can sort this out because i love playing this game and this would be shame to not have ghost in the game.
