Re: Moved to ghost server after large Tapjoy/Offerwall offer

@SalixCat @EA_Cade i know you both have your hands full with the update issues but I haven’t been able to get help, even after many chats, emails, and forms. I don’t want to be stuck on the ghost server because of a game prize error. Thanks in advance.

    Sorry for the delay, and thank you for tagging me on this.

    It sounds like you've done everything that you need to do to start the investigation into this, I'll be doublechecking on my side to see if anything further can be done as well.

    In the meantime, all I can advise is to sit tight.

    Hi @EA_Cade @SalixCat 

    I’m wondering if there is any assistance I could have; I have been stuck on the ghost server since September because I did a Tapjoy 2-for-1 offer and I guess my account got flagged for suspicious activity, even though I was just…doing a legit offer in the game. Would really like help; no other option via EA customer service has been helpful, and considering this was not my fault, I would like to have the situation rectified.
