My first Purchase
Hello everyone, I purchase something on The Sims Mobile the money deducted to my account but when I check my game I got nothing. I restarted my game and also my phone until now nothing is happening. I'm so disappointed, I want to purchase more but I'm scared to have nothing. I don't know what to do. Please help. Although this was likely reported the during the first run of the "New Class Who Dis" Treasure Hunt, if anyone clicks on the Mastermind's Canvas White Board during a party, the game freezes except the music and they need to close and restart the app. Outside of parties, the board only has options to doodle on the board or erase it, but there are no animations. This is disappointing because I bought the Expedition Pack with plans to add another floor to my recreation center so I can add a conference room, but now I'll need to remove the board before parties. I had been playing with my ios ipad when my Anansi’s Ageless Abode, fully furnished btw, had disappeared. I had purchased it and now its gone. I keep trying to get EA support but they keep thinking im playing on Sims Freeplay when im using The Sims Mobile (TSM). This has been very frustrating and i just want my home back with all its stuff.
Progress lost, items gone
I alternate between iphone and ipad, and its been working fine until today. Was building my house and putting in my expensive furniture/stuff that I already own, and suddenly when I open the game again, all progress is lost AND i can’t find any of my items in my storage. It’s like it vanished into thin air, but my simoleons or simcash show that I did spend on those items already. any advice??? Super bummed.

I purchased a bundle 6 days ago where I was supposed to recieve 350 simcash over 7 days which I have not recieved I've filled out 20+ tickets have spoken to loads of agents who have done nothing accept telling me I need to fill out more tickets and telling me to contact the mobile department which I have with no response really why is getting support so difficult and stressful please can you fix this
