I lost most of my progress after reinstalling it
After the latest update, this application often errors and closes itself on my android. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall it again. I did the tutorial completely because it couldn't be skipped. Then, after the settings menu appeared, I connected to my Google Play account, The download process began. When finished, only a small part of my progress was restored, such as my friends list, hobbies, relationships, and career stories, as well as the season task that had been completed (but not the rewards). Undeleted mssages (requests to move sims to another player's house, friend suggestions) are also restored. However, my level returned to the beginning (previously I had reached level 36 and my lifestyle score was toast of the town), my four sims were replaced by a sims from the tutorial, my three houses and all of my inventory were also gone. What should I do? I am very sad to lose all that.... Why the event hasn't started yet
The Sims Mobile event calendar said a treasure hunt event would start on September 9th. Today is September 10th and it hasn't started on my device yet. Plus, I suddenly found myself with some extra money (20k) and a notification that my artifacts, clues, and bunnies had been turned into simoleons. What is happening?
Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
Sims Festival: Briny Heights
When receiving the template for Ritz Residence everything that came with it went to my storage since I replaced it with a different template. Cannot find the flat screen TV that’s mounted on the wall in catalog anywhere. Does anyone know in what section it’s in or did it get deleted? Thanks in advance!Can’t buy items in the game
Hey y’all, I’ve been having this same problem for over 4 months now and can’t seem to get help from EA support so I’m hoping someone on here may be able to help! So I have an iPhone XR that I play on and when I try to but stuff using real money (like festival pass or cupcakes ) it just times out and pops up saying “no money was removed from your account” the paying is suppose to come off my credit card linked to my apple account and it works fine in other games. I’ve also tired google this issue and have had no luck😥 so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! *i've thought about deleting the whole game account, that’s mentioned under settings but not sure if that would work.*
Non playable sim
I have a sim that’s just hanging around, he shows in the family portrait but when I click to make sim playable, I can choose him but no option to make him playable, I also cannot remove him. I really want this sim gone as he is like 4 generations old. Is this a unfixable bug? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I’ve tried moving him to a different home, nothing works.Missing Reward
Hello, I have been trying to get help for days between you and Tapjoy. Tapjoy confirmed I met the eligibility end I completed the requirements and was rewarded, but I am missing my reward still in my account. They told me to reach out to you all to get it reflected since there was nothing more they could do and I have been reaching out and I kept getting told to ask for in-game help. I repeatedly followed the steps to get in game help, and yet it kept bringing me back to general help. There’s obviously a disconnect somewhere on EA’s end and, I, as a customer is the one being negatively impacted by this. I am KINDLY asking for someone to get my reward reflected in my account ASAP. I can provide you with the case number where there’s proof associated with as well. I just need someone to actually help.
Sims I retired is bugging downtown
i retired 2 of my sims however i still see them in town or in my home roaming. i cant marry them bec they are already old. they are bugging downtown bec my ild sims are in downtown and wont leave until i retire the 2 old sims. cant retire or remove as i alreayd retired them help plsList of packs August - November 2024

App keeps crashing
The game suddenly gets disconnected even if I have a secure connection. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even restarted my device but same issue occurs. After a while, the game doesn’t load anymore. There was also a bug where my party that already ended more than a week ago keeps repeating every log in. This still occurred after the BTS. Hoping for these issues to be fixed.
