Game idea for a new Sims Mobile
Hi Sims Team! I'm a long-time fan of your amazing franchise and I’d love to share an idea for a new mobile game that could really resonate with many players—especially those who loved the earlier Sims games or even The Sims 2.A while ago, I played a game called Nanny Mania. It was simple, but the atmosphere, the busy home life, and the emotional side of the characters really stuck with me. That’s where my idea comes from,a mobile game that blends that cozy, hectic family vibe with the classic Sims style and mechanics.Here’s how I imagine it:A classic Sims aesthetic (more realistic and warm, similar to The Sims 2 or 3—not too cartoonish or hyper-modern like the current Sims Mobile).Home management gameplay, where you can:Fall in love, get married, get pregnant (with visual stages, just like in the main Sims games),Take care of children, deal with daily chaos (inspired by Nanny Mania),Decorate your house, cook, clean, work, and live a full simulated life.A game that’s not mission-based or too “event-driven”, but open, personal, and emotionally rich.Why this idea?I feel like the current Sims Mobile has lost a bit of that emotional connection. It’s very structured and doesn’t have the same heart as the classic Sims games. Bringing back a more traditional, family-focused experience (even inspired by something like Nanny Mania) could really revolutionize Sims on mobile. Players love stories, chaos, love, parenting, decorating, and real-life simulation—and you’re the best at creating that kind of experience. Thanks for reading! Okay so I was playing my game and out of nowhere my house just disappeared. Now I did not use the bulldoze function. Because otherwise at least some of my stuff would be in storage. And I can show pictures that my house has since reappeared. However the house has came back but all of the items did not come back with it. I checked my inventory they're not in there. I just had a problem with EA about 3 weeks ago when I bought a house and I chose to do the house at a later time and since choosing that option I lost what I bought and even though I've spoken to EA over five times they have done nothing to help me. If you guys find folks of the Sims mobile universe could help someone like myself I would be eternally grateful. My Sims are still there, and as I said my house and the property is untouched but everything inside has vanished so if anyone could let me know what I could do to fix this I would appreciate it more than you could imagine. I hope no one else runs into a problem like this I wish you all the best to whoever read this and I hope I hear back from at least a couple people. My wife has been playing Sims 4 for several years on an iPad we share that is logged into my Game Center account. She wants to move her game to an iPhone. I created her an EA account and used that account to link to the IOS game. I backed up the game after that. If I install Sims on her new phone will that save data transfer if I log into the EA account on that phone as well? It seems you cannot unlink the Game Center account from the phone and I am hesitant to do it from EA. She has spent a lot of time and money over the last 3 years building out her game. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Top up fashion. But the clothes don't appear in my inventory.
I purchased the Fab N Fit and Superstar bundle using a Mandiri ATM card. I was asked to exit the game. However, when I re-entered the game, I saw that the offer was still available in the store. I immediately checked my inventory and couldn't find the clothes I just purchased, either for the male or female character. Please fix this immediately and give me my clothes. I'll be very disappointed if I don't get them, and I'll give this a 1-star rating.😔Help please
Need some help. I deleted my game a couple months ago and just downloaded it again. I played it for many years before deleting it ( for storage purposes) My saved progress was on the cloud but I clicked it and it didn't do anything when x out of the game and went back I couldn't access that to get back into my saved game. Restarted again and now it's not there. I contacted support and they sent me over here. I had sims for years on there and paid items. Please please please tell me there's helpNalani’s Summer Getaway House - Missing purchase
Can someone please tell me what I have to do to get some help? I purchased Nalani’s Summer Getaway House and it has not appeared in my game. I have been charged for it. I have followed every recommended step I can find, and I have tried Chat and Email support through the game, but have got nowhere. I just keep being sent links to follow steps that I have already tried. Is anyone else having this problem?
Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
Game not showing level past 25
Hello I am on level 25 in the Sims mobile but there's no new levels after that and when I completed level 25 it just shows 25 in the progress bar and there's no progress being added anymore. Is this a glitch? Is there more levels? There is so much furniture I don't have unlocked yet so I'm assuming there's more.
“restart the game to continue the transaction”
when i try to purchase any pack, it asks me to restart the app (“restart to continue the transaction”) and when i press okay, the game automatically restarts itself, but the entire ordeal keep repeating. when restarts and i try to make a purchase, it repeats the entire process on loop, with the game automatically restarting. i have tried checking my wifi connection (which is fine), i have already tried force stopping, clearing cache, uninstalling-reinstalling, and all other troubleshooting methods but nothing seems to be working. please fix this asap.
