Game merged with tutorial, progress lost, game stuck
Hi all! There's this problem I have been facing with the game and I hope you all can help me. I uninstalled The Sims Mobile on Monday due to some issues and reinstalled it the same day. My game is connected to my Google Play account, and normally, when I reinstall, I can log back in without any problems since my progress is saved through that account. I've never had any issues in the past. However, on Monday, when the pop-up appeared asking if I wanted to access my saved game and I selected that option, I discovered that most of my progress was missing. I had previously reached level 48, but now I’m back at level 1. It seems like the game has merged with the tutorial. All my builds and items, including those in my inventory, are gone. Although the game is still linked to my Google Play account and the correct progress appears to be available for download, the tutorial won’t stop even after I choose to restore my saved data. As a result, I’m stuck. I can’t navigate to other locations, several buttons are missing, and I can’t access the menu. My starter house also has no doors, so I’m unable to place anything required to move past the tutorial. I have contacted ea support several times since Monday. They ask me to raise the issue in-game through the help menu. The problem is that the sidebar containing the help buttons itself is missing. I'll attach a screenshot to show how the game is appearing right now. The advisor asked me to post the issue on the forum so here I am. I also contacted EA Help via mail but they haven't replied yet. Can anyone who has faced a similar problem help me out please? Will be grateful.Simcash offer error
I did a simcash offer on ipsy and bought the subscription. I have not received the simcash offer rewards. I am currently trying to figure it out and keep hitting dead ends. I love this game, used to play this as a kid and love that I'm finally able to play it on my mobile, but struggling with the simcashVehicle and Parking
I have always wished to have cars / bikes parked in my villa in Sims. It would really add another dimension. I remember when i use to play The Sims: Bustin' Out in my Nokia NGage, it use to have a scooter and that was actually rideable. PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR The Sims Mobile.I just lost all the coins i bought
An hour ago i bought some coins (10.000) from my iphone. And i made some progresses. But when i played the game in mu Ipad, suddenly all the coins and the progresses i made were gone. Im so confused. I already reinstalled the app and tried to find help. But nothing works. Anyone ever had the same problem? :(
Feedback for the sims mobile
I love The Sims mobile because of its similarity with the sims 4, and because it is from the same developers, but unfortunately even with these similarities there is no similarity in the gameplay, I understand that each game must be unique but there must be things that can be the same to improve the gameplay , for example. Don’t “force” us into a career we don’t want: We should at least have freedom of choice, something we don't have in The Sims Mobile Having more Sims in a house: In all other developer's The Sims we can have many more Sims than in The Sims Mobile, I know there is a way but it's bad not being able to have control over them all Having animals in The Sims Mobile: It would be nice if we had a pet to keep us company We are not obliged to start a family: We should have the freedom to create our own story, but in The Sims Mobile it seems that having to create a family is an obligation, something that not every player wants. Have more places and cities: As a player since the game was released, I and I know that many other players would think it would be cool to have more places and cities to visit Have an open world: I know it can be so complicated that only The Sims 3 has an open world, but the idea would be really cool. Terms for more objects/clothes for children, babies and newborns: They could take the idea from The Sims Freeplay and add more objects and clothes for children, babies and newborns Having teenagers and elderly people: You know EA made a big mistake by not including babies in The Sims 4 and it's happening the same way in The Sims Mobile with teenagers and elderly people. These are some of the things I would like to see changed and put into The Sims Mobile, I love the game, but if I had these things for myself, the game would be perfectPlease read and take it into consideration.

Hello everyone ans EA! I need help with my The Sims Mobile game. the game always makes you redownload data after an update, i know that. but this time, my download process keeps resetting even though i didn't leave the app for a second. i have to download 1,044 mb of data. But when the progress reaches 789 or near 800, my progress just restarts at 300 for absolutely no reason. It's frustrating, I don't know what to do. I reinstalled the app but the issue still isn't fixed. Can someone help?Maybe a glitch??
Both the Backlit Chic Wall Shelf and the Gentle Vibes Wall Shelf have areas that we're supposed to be able to add smaller items on. But the little squares are not on the shelves, they're on the floor and there is no way to add other items onto it. Anyone else have this issue? Or know if there is a fix?? A couple days ago I tried building a new house on my Edgewater Quay lot and the game closed out on me. Ever since then every time I tried clicking on that lot, the game would close. I’ve tried closing the game, closing every other app and reopening the app, that didn’t work. I tried switching the sim and trying to reenter the lot that way, that was a useless attempt. I tried to even delete the entire game and reinstall it, that didn’t work. The last thing I did was try to move my primary sim to the lot and try entering the lot that way. BIG MISTAKE because now, the last saved location that my game begins at now is Edgewater Quay. Which means that every time the game loads, it closes. What should I do?

Remember how glitched the Sims Mobile game is known to be; when it comes to losing … Aquitainces/Contacts? Welp- there it's shortly my point. I've been playing with a new app, new accounts: since the very-end-of April (2025). Then..After playing still until close to middle-of-May...THE GLITCH just happened! I've lost at least 5 aquitainces/contacts.... And, tragically: one of them was someone I was planning to start a relationship with. So I obviously did try everything to possibly recover lost data; or find him throughout any other way possible -but- I only had added his Sim to my contacts, nothing else: except I did see out of curiosity what the username linked to it was! (It basically was the main information I have found myself left with...Except for some others little details..Like the Sim himself name & house looks; adding approximative idea of what Google Play Games account-name could've been: based on the Player username, so.) I've also lost several others contacts during these last few days -by the way; while adding new ones. (But those didn't quite mattered so far to me..I'm too devastated by my first/main “loss” already...) Even though I'll appreciate having them back again • it would be just a potential bonus.... Does, anyone: know - can anything; now…Help? *..SheesH. I took a lot of time using markdown to embellish my message just for a bot refusing to publish it until I took off eeverythiing! Quite...Adding into my disappointment.*
