Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
How to move the babies
Hi everyone, so I just a newbie in this game and recently I bought a house, so technically I have two houses now. But when I wanna enter the new house, it says "move all the babies to another home lot before clearing", i am so confused. What should I do? Please enlighten me :(Candy Behr Missing from Sims Mobile
I've passed the level in Festival Pass to have Candy Behr in my town but it's been days and I am yet to spot her around town. I've searched everywhere and cannot find this sim. Anyone else having the same issue? There is a sim from someone on my friends list that has a sim with the same name and is dressed in an Izzy outfit with wings. The sim also has a blue symbol over their head. Can this be causing the glitch?
Baby disappeared?
I opened the game (tsm mobile) and to find the baby crib is missing and other baby items that I had bought missing. I bought the crib and baby items again but after noticing that I can still see the baby in my relations/relationship list, I searched for the crib and found it outside the house. I didn’t move it there, not even by accident because, I left the sim “watching” over the baby when I closed the game. I checked to see if my items had been inventoried, but there was nothing there (prior to buying the baby items again) I can interact with the baby through the relationships list. I tried to delete the game and reinstall it, move the crib to another room, move the crib to another house and back and still, the baby is missing. And a (new?) Baby crib has spawned in one of the rooms in the game, though I haven’t bought it, whatsgoing on?Resource issues
Today I looked at my workshop shift before I finished it. I used my resources from last week but then the game froze which is a common occurrence so usually I just shut the game and reopen it but today when I did that one some of my characters whose I had also finish their shifts and other things in works Didn’t complete but to my dismay when I went to add the new shift stuff to my progress of my hardest Eco project, which was my bittersweet Valentines I couldn’t. Anyone else having this issue?
GAME FREEZE DUE TO HOSTING PARTIES
Hi my game freezes whenever I host a party! I restart the app but then It will freeze after 5 seconds. So, I had to move real quick and switch to my other sim who’s currently at work so I can continue playing. But it’s so frustrating because I wanted to interact with the people visiting my house party! Troubleshooting steps I have already done: Restarted my phone. (Bug also happens at my phone) Restarted my IPAD. Uninstalled and reinstalled TSM on both deviceserror on my acc sims mobile
I can’t open my account on sims mobile, when i open it, it will freeze and go out. I tried to uninstall and it just work for other account, but when i log in to my account it will start to freeze and go out by itself. im in level 55 and i pay with real money for houses and stuff, please fix my account, otherwise i lose time, money, and energy playing this game i attach some prove here, so please tell me how i can play normally with this game with my account. i still can’t open my account, it’s been a week. And i didn’t get anything from the developer
Purchase Error
As other people have mentioned, there is a bug which won’t let you buy anything within the game, instead kicking you out of the transaction attempt with a message saying “No money removed from account” or “Restart to complete transaction” (which doesn’t do anything). A number of players have reported this, but EA won’t acknowledge the error, despite the fact that this is stopping people from giving them money. Is there anything else that can be done at this point? Why would they ignore this?
