ESCALATED CASE NUMBER: #226310063 Player ID: 1008165620819 On Friday (Oct 31st), I forced contact with your Mobile Team via Live Chat (Advisor Harish) to get a status update. Harish refused to check the specialist notes for my active, 10-day-old escalated case. He repeatedly attempted to close my ticket by forcing me to create a new in-game ticket, which is impossible due to the stuck tutorial. I have screenshots of the entire Live Chat proving your "Mobile Team" actively failed to assist an escalated user. This is my final request: I demand immediate manual intervention by a Community Manager and the resolution for Case #226310063 to be sent to my email immediately. This is a save data crisis on a delisted game.

I am writing because all official support channels are failing, and this is my last attempt to save my account before The Sims Mobile shuts down. 1. **CLOUD SAVE IN DANGER:** My account (Player ID 1008165620819) has an urgent conflict. I accidentally selected "New Game", and the empty local save is now in conflict with the restored Cloud Save. 2. **LOCKED OUT OF SUPPORT:** I am locked in the **"New Game" tutorial** and cannot use the required in-game support system. 3. **EMAIL FAILURE:** Urgent emails to the specialist team **FAILED TO DELIVER** because the support inbox is full. 4. **CASE HISTORY:** This case was escalated to the dedicated queue by Advisor Yash as **Case #226310063**. I need a Community Manager to immediately check the status of **Case #226310063** and confirm that the final resolution steps will be sent to a working email address. This case requires immediate action from the specialist team.

The wandering NPCs from the village sim have been added to my contacts, but I want to delete the relationship. Please, include a contact management (or cleanup) feature in a next update. I know this has been a consistently requested feature, but even if it’s not part of a major update, I really hope this one gets added.Food stuck on counter
Might have been a couple years ago that it happened. My Sim was preparing food and left it on the counter. I'm not sure whether I tried moving the counter and it caused the malfunction or what, but I can't store that counter, because it says it contains an item that cannot go into storage. Can't make changes to it, I can only move it. Now I want to make my house a different style and I can't because this counter won't store, and of course no cooking items for bonuses can be placed there either. I am wondering if someone can fix the glitch please. maybe there's something Im missing...?

My first Purchase
Hello everyone, I purchase something on The Sims Mobile the money deducted to my account but when I check my game I got nothing. I restarted my game and also my phone until now nothing is happening. I'm so disappointed, I want to purchase more but I'm scared to have nothing. I don't know what to do. Please help. I can provide proof of purchased and also the screenshot of what I purchased.
