Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
Furniture missing
So last night i decorated my house on my phone and this morning i wanted to play on my ipad. But then i noticed that all my furniture, windows door etc are missing. I bought the floor level update yesterday and completed it on mu phone before decorating. When i opening the app on my ipad i didn’t complete the floor level update there. Maybe there are connections but i dont for sure. I tried restarting the game and deleting it and downloading it again but nothing worked. Im just a little frustrated because i also bought the simoleon plant which is now also missing. somebody got any tips on what i should or can do now?
Game crashing
Hello everyone, my game keeps crashing even before it loads completely, I think it has something to do with a build I created on the Edgewater Quay lot because it has been happening since then. I have a lot of progress and don’t want to lose it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can clear that house lot even if my game is not working? Can the EA team help me out with this directly or is all my progress gone to waste? I also had a YouTube channel for my builds - Live My Sim Life, if you wanna check out, but because the game keeps crashing I am not able to upload videos anymore, it has been a long time and I have found no way out, please help! I bought the Glorious Gala House house template in The Sims Mobile and there were a few things that disappeared when placed in storage. This is because these items do not have the correct categories. The Glorious Gala Stairs for example are under the category ‘Walkway’ when no such category exists. The stairs should be under the ‘Stairs’ category. The Sims Mobile team needs to adjust the category for these items so that they show up in storage.
Can’t complete the baby quest
Okay this is seriously driving me crazy. I am so bothered I will probably delete the stupid game and never play it again. I have tried countless times to complete the baby quest so my sim can have a baby. I’ve made it to part 12/15 and I’m still doing one of the events right now and the quest disappeared again. I keep running out of time because they give you like 0 time so unless you don’t sleep or don’t do anything but play sims every hour or pay money to skip time, you apparently cannot have a baby in this game. I purposefully did this quest during the weekend when I had more time and even still I couldn’t complete it. I keep wasting so much time on the quest only to be so close and then have it disappear. And of course all the events are 8 friking hours. It’s seriously the stupidest thing. If you complete events you should be able to keep going so whoever came up with the “limited time” idea you are the worst. Do you think I want to keep going and doing the same 8 hour events over and over and over? It would be fun to have a baby but it’s not worth it and neither is this dumb game. By the way cupcakes should not be so expensive. Games should be an escape from real life not reminding you how expensive and annoying real life is.
Host Weekly Party - Complete Event First ?
I haven’t been able to host a party yet. I’m level 25. The option is grayed out with “complete event first” always showing if I try to click it. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong. I attend two parties a day and complete my To Do List. Do I need all Sims to be home and not working? That’s the only thing I can think of.

He actualizado a través de Google Play Store la aplicación para iniciar el nuevo Festival Sim que comienza hoy. La actualización se ha realizado correctamente pero al intentar iniciar el juego se cierra indicando que la aplicación se ha detenido. He limpiado caché, reiniciado teléfono e incluso reinstalado aplicación con la esperanza de que al tener activado Google Play Juegos y cuenta de EA pudiera recuperar de la nube mi progreso de años jugando... pero me sigue dando el mismo error. Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I try to make a purchase.. its suddenly rebooting the game.. cant purchase anything up until now What do you expect to see? My purchase can go through and get what i wanna buy Connection Type Please select your region Australia Country It keep asking me to restart the game.. and i did but always asked me back to restart.. and sometimes its restarted by itself.. pls kindly help 🙂
