Re: Stuck at Business Career lvl 5

Just out of curiosity, have you ever fully finished the business career? If you have can you remember when? There was a big update a few months back, which changed the duration of jobs and relationships. Since they made both of those events longer they changed the stories. So your game is not recognizing the new stories. Does that make any sense to you? I actually think that might be the problem. I however have no idea how to fix it.

    @givememore86 No i haven't. when i stopped playing a few months back, i left her at the same career level. If it's because of the updates, i have been getting them and updating the game even if i haven't played it. if those updates that came after the one you're talking about can't fix the problem then does that mean the business career itself is stuck? or the sim herself? I was even planning to retire her after finishing a 100% on her current career.

    @Phantomlover1717 yeah i already tried that. I tried switching careers then switching back but she still can't move forward. I know the current level is supposed to trigger an event but it just won't.

    I think it would be good to have EA look into this issue @Simanthropy, see if they can do anything to fix this.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. First things first, write down your Player ID or take a screenshot of it.

    - Open side menu

    - Click the gear icon

    - Click the 'Help & About' tab

    - Click 'Help'

    Your browser opens

    - Scroll down and click on 'Contact Us'

    The EA game advisor might ask you to perform a couple of troubleshooting steps you can find over here for Apple or Android. You can try those before contacting them, or while you're waiting on a reply.

    If you're asked to clear data or reinstall the app, make sure your app is being back-upped to the App store or EA account.
    The backup options might have turned off during a previous update. Your app will reset, but after creating a Sim you should get the popup to restore from the cloud.

    If you choose the 'Report Bug' option you might not receive a reply from EA.
