Welcome to the forums!

Could you let us know which iPad do you have, and which iOS version?

First thing I would try is restarting your iPad - turning it off completely and then restarting it. That will clear your RAM memory, you would be surprised how many issues can be fixed just like that!

If that doesn't work, could you check if App Store allows you to download any other apps?

    Hi Mai,

    Thank you for the quick response. I have the latest iOs version installed (9.3.5), I have 1gb of available space and I have an Ipad 2 mini (wifi and cellular) - it lists my Ipad as one of the compatible devices. I also successfully downloaded other apps from the App Store. I turned the Ipad on and off , and there was no change it still states that " The Sims Mobile is not compatible with this Ipad".

    Please help as I really wanna play -

  • I have the same iPad and can play this game on it, well I could until it says update yet there’s no where to update it just takes us to the App Store. I hope you get it sorted

    I have the same probblem as yoltzie and im using an ipad 4 running ios 10.3.3 i was hoping i could play the game ut i cannot due to compattibility issue. I tried downloading it using my android phone running mashmallow but the language is not english. Can you help me too?
