@ibrahem00090 those options aren't possible because of the age rating of the Sims 4 as PEGI 12. It has a wide appeal to most age groups as a result.

We dreaming to be sims game like rockstar games gta but in ea style with more realistic like Sims 3 she was good and page 18+ i hope EA can do it
- @ibrahem00090 Sims 3 has the same rating as Sims 4. They're both Teen (13+), or PEGI 12.
