[FIXED] Expensive beds won’t restore energy fast

I have a problem with beds restoring energy. More expensive beds should regenerate energy faster, but since the last patch of 23 June 2016 this doesn’t work anymore. All beds restore energy at the same rate, which is the rate of the cheapest beds.

To fix the issue I tried to repair the sims 4 folder, remove all beds on the lot and replace them with new ones. It happens on all my save files and also on new saves. I removed all mods from my game and the issue remained.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? Or is this a known issue?

    I haven't played the sims in a while, but I'm playing it again now and noticed that the energy restoration issue is gone for me in the games that I checked.

    So hopefully it got fixed for everyone.

    Sometimes the energy bar jumps back, but that has to do with the simulation lag I assume, since the clock jumps back as well.

    Hi @WhiteLotussX

    do you remember how many arrows you used to get for the most expensive bed and how many there are now ?

    Are you basing this off the arrows or how long it takes them to regain full energy when you have one Sim sleep in one bad and one in the other ?

    Are you trying double or single beds or a mixture ?

    Hi crinrict

    The bed used to give 3 arrows when sleeping and now only 2. It also takes longer in game time to fully regenerate energy.

    I am using both double and single beds and all have the same issue; they used to regenerate energy much faster.

    I tested this now and I only have two arrows on the most expensive bed as well.

    Is this happening since the monster update ?

    Yes I think so. It is happening since the latest update which is the monster update I guess.

    Happens to me with double beds only.  The single beds are working as before.  I had a really weird one on a double bed where one of the married adults got 2 arrows of energy restoration and the other one in the same bed at the same time got 3 arrows.  I tried the same bed with 2 brothers, teen and kid, and they both only got 2 arrows.

    I noticed this as well. Sometimes I do get the normal energy restoration. What I noticed is all the times that happened I didn't give the command to let the sim sleep but it did it itself. However, not at all times the normal restoration occurs.
