    Processor: AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
    Memory: 4GB RAM
    Video card: 512MB VRAM,
      Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT
   (Ignore the tripe about Dx11)
    50 GBs storage on the Hdd
    Internet speed: 512 KB/s down, 384 KB/s up

What speeds are supposed to be available with the service from your broadband provider?

I meet all the system requirements, I'm usually running between 80-144 fps, and my network speeds are 5 Mbps down, and 2 Mbps up. My ping is usually 50, supposing no one else in my house is eating my bandwidth with Netflix. So when it works, it works great, but at least half the time I try to play, I just don't make it into the match.

It's exactly the same issue with me. I try to join a lobby and it just takes ages. When I finally do get into 1 It just freezes on the loading screen and doesn't do anything. I meet all of the system requirments as it was working fine when I first bought it and I was getting around 200-240 fps. I've tried it on every single gamemode and every single server!😕mileymad:
