Re: [March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

What is "Edge Transfer"? I've been googling it since I saw it mentioned in another thread and I can't find anything about where to find it or what it does.

    Its in Windows Firewall:

    • Go to Control Panel
    • Windows Firewall, then go to advanced settings
    • Then on the screen on the left hand side you'll see a few options, click on Inbound Rules
    • Titanfall should be there as two different rules (this is also in Win-Firewall where one would forward ports)
    • The two rules corrispond to different ports TCP and UDP
    • When you right click, select properties go to the advanced tab, then at Edge Traversal set it to allow

This is what I did after doing every freaking troubleshooting step there was after seeing someone mention it, just for an added bonus I used DMZ as well and had no problems with it since then.  I have no idea if DMZ is a factor as well, and I haven't tested it out otherwise but the results speak for themselves.  Went from no game, to no issues in any game.

Like I said try it out!

Just throwing this out there, going into the DMZ is very dangerous and I do not recommend it even if it does fix your issues.
