@Abbey79 Hi, first check your counters, tables and floors for the Grilled chicken plate. Tap it and it should give you the action for your sim to clear the plate away. Then you can check if you get some other error notification when trying to bulldoze your build. If your elder sim isn’t stuck busy, there shouldn’t be an issue.

However, since bulldozing can cause items to go missing, I’d suggest to place at least the most valuable or limited items in the storage one by one.

    Thank you. I’ll try this but am pretty sure there isn’t any plates. I think the issue is with an elder sim who you can not interact with or remove from the house/lot.

    This hasn’t worked and more so appears to be the elder sim who won’t leave that is stopping me from being able to clear the lot.

    I’ve bought some houses and am keen to use them :-(

    @Abbey79 Hi, sorry to hear you still have this issue. 🙁 The update in May brought some preliminary fix for stuck sims. Some players have been able to free their stuck sims.

    Check that you have a normally functioning sim living on the same lot as the stuck sim and then check stuck sim in the family portrait/generations tab. Click the sim and exit the family portrait. You might have to restart the app before trying to interact with the retired sim. See if this would help in your game.
