Crossfire Glitch/Bug Continues!

Hello!

The most recent patch was listed as having solved the crossfire support issues, and mine were better, but definitely not fixed, so I contacted EA's tech support. After 4+ hours dealing with at least half a dozen different representatives, I was finally escalated to the email specialists who then told me that the issue is in fact ongoing and NOT solved. T_T

EDIT: Ooops, never explicitly stated my problem. Lighting causes flickering.

So, here's where I've gotten on my own: I've recognized the problem has to do with lighting and shadows and doesn't seem to cause any artifacting for me whatsoever. The problem appears to be solved after performing a clean boot and deleting all files in windows/temp/ , however rears its ugly head again if ANY changes are made to the graphics settings (FOV, AA, textures, etc). The problem is either gone or imperceivable after setting shadows to low which, while not a permanent fix, I recommend to anyone experiencing the same problems if only to further narrow down what the cause of the issue might be. The workaround only appears to work on low, not medium.

My specs:

i7 2600k OC'd to 4.5Ghz
8GB RAM

2 x 7970 @ stock clocks (Crossfired)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Running a resolutions of 2560x1440 (60hz)
