[TROUBLESHOOT] [S] [PPSP] Sims reset in hot tub when it rains

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In my attempt to recreate this bug its in the lot type "Nightclub". In this lot set the weather to rain, set up a hot tub and a bar for drinks, the issue happens eventually, multiple sims may enter the hot tub whilst holding the drink and eventually it will occur. Although I'm not sure if drinks are directly responsible it seems to be the result of Umbrella's and rain. Hot tub is not covered by a roof. (Area in general is not covered)
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs you receive a lastexception and any sims within the hot tub shall be reset and drop any items they hold e.g. drinks and will be standing out of the tub, in general I believe this happens not only with the tub but in general so look out for sims that simply reset and cause an error, I don't think its purely on the hot tub.
What do you expect to see? No sims reset and dropping drinks and staying in hot tubs whilst it is raining rather than being glitched/reset out of them and other interactions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The Sims 4 Seasons patch, it appeared only once the pack was available and happens during rain only from what I can tell, the issue cancels sim interactions and resets them makes them drop things they are holding e.g. food. It happens more frequently with Hot tubs.
This is on the current version of the game and I recreated this issue with mods and without and cleared my cache etc.
The issue according to the last exception seems to be heavily caused by the umbrella's from the little I can make of them.
Sims will drop what they are holding whenever this issue occurs, they wont drop the items however if it is in their inventory, the item dropping only applies to things they hold with their hands.
When I retried creating this issue I did have MCcommand center installed everything else gone, however upon Seasons coming out I was playing in one of the city living lots with (even MC removed) and the issue was occurring with sims oddly resetting, however in this situation there were no hot tubs.
The issue appears to happen with MC and without so I'm not sure what it is in the base game but it appears to be umbrella's from the little I can tell.
