Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? University Drake Hall: I can't set the dorm room to be just my character and her roommate. University Quad at Britechester has a kiosk that you can't buy a hat from. University where do I buy these hinted textbooks from, not listed in a bookshelf in the house you can buy, so where does someone living there get one? If it's not a textbook but a skill book then don't call them textbooks. University Drake Hall: someone forgot the shower curtains........... don't push your exhibitionist dreams on people, extremely uncomfortable if this was real life no one would get any studying done, just set up cameras. Buggier than a rotten corpse!
What happens when the bug occurs? Do not receive goods, do not see books, I see naked sims, this is messy and amateur how much did I pay for this?
What do you expect to see? I expect a typical university, a proper store on campus with texts with possible off-campus shops selling used ones. I expect to be able to lock the door to all sims but the played sim and their roommate like in real life. I also expected instruction on what is expected to occur upon landing in a dorm, "you need to assign beds and people will sleep in them" (not on random couches and any unassigned beds) like civil young adults.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Co-ed at my university in real life was by floor not co-ed rooms, this is supposed to reflect a top university? You wanted your sim to go to the great Britechester, no? You need to refine it and make the second school this way not all schools. Your concepts are elementary, poorly thought out, and low class, the whole idea is to make ourselves better not live like hippies in a commune, "oh maybe someone will drop a roast chicken on the coffee table today and I won't starve".... where is the convocation hall? Where are the cooks and help-yourself cereals? There is nothing to boast here, no famous sim made Benadryl here or became Prime Minister. There's no rich tradition that was advertised, at least follow an old state university like OSU which has many traditions if not Harvard.
