Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Save a lot of items to your personal library until you reach the limit, to which it will tell you there has been an error when saving another item. You'll be unable to save anything afterward but will be able to delete items, and when you close the game, it will say "Error - CE-34878-0". You'll be unable to open the game properly until you delete the "Corrupted Data" from your Saved Data on the PS4. After deletion, the game will load fine, but the entire library and (potentially!!!) your pictures taken in-game will be wiped out and turned black or white. There is no way to get these back as far as I’m aware. Edit: Certain things may be retrievable with PS plus since data is saved to something else(?), but I’m unsure because I don’t have it myself to check.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game cannot load properly until the corrupted data is deleted. Deleting this data makes the entire library disappear, with all of your personal items wiped out, and could potentially make all of your in-game photos/selfies/paintings turn black or white. Any photos taken afterward will be fine, but any black/corrupted photos will be replaced by new ones. Saving to the library will also work as normal afterwards. Edit: This error has happened to me fairly recently again, but this time only my library was affected, so I guess there’s a chance of your in-game photos corrupting or not(?) Previously, everything corrupted for me. I have no idea if the two (library and in-game pictures) are linked, but they both broke after I deleted the corrupt data during the first corruption I had.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to save and delete from the library just fine, without my entire game getting corrupted. After deleting an item, space should be freed up, and I can continue saving until it is full again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The pictures shown here show the difference in the pictures on my sims wall before and after the corruption.

Edit: To be clear, the photo corruption happened on my first time of getting this error. The second time I got it (shown in the third screenshot) my pictures were fine and it was just my library that was affected once I deleted the data and reloaded.
