Hey Guys it's me again I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM!!!
So you need to go on control panel/Network and Internet/Network Connections
Then once you have done that all you need to do is DISABLE Ethernet by right clicking it and clicking on Disable. However, DO NOT do this if you use Ethernet, if you do use Ethernet please DISABLE Wi-Fi.

This doesnt work....just talked to Origin...a patch is coming. This is what happens when you only do a beta for Xbox and Ps4.....way to go Respawn for the bonehead move!
