To confirm have you already tried resetting your EA account password? (you can do so at help.ea.com)

Also, can we try the following:

1. Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
   1. EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
   2. EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
   3. Steam - Verify in your library
2. EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
3. Flush or try changing your DNS (Connection and Advance Connection Guides)
4. Try running the TF2 desktop icon as admin. 

If this continues, would it be possible to get a bit more information about this?

• If possible, A clip of this happening. 
• DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
