@tf2mom What system are you on? I checked your posting account but I can't see any linked game account. 

If you use a form of home sharing on console, are you using the main account that the deluxe edition code was consumed on?

You may need to reach out to support for your platform, but I'd like to gather a little more info.

    we are using xbox one.  the game was loaded under my son's gold account. i read that Ion and Scorch were available in Dec, but not sure what date it will or has become available.  thanks again.

    Is that the main account where the game was bought? If your game was bought digitally, I believe exclusive content can only be accessed from the main account.
