This issue is still going on.
Just recently this issue happened to me, and I searched the forum and found here. So I push MeeToo and am posting this reply.
The situation in which the issue happened is the same as in the original post.
Some of the templates are used to describe the playing environment;
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Japanese
How often does the bug occur? i don't know, just first time i play IL (so,100%?)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?
i have all EPs except CLC, Vampires, Parenthood, Vintage Glamour, Laundry Day, Tiny Living, and Holiday Celebration Pack.
Mods? Never i used (Vanilla)
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? i don't know, i just bought IL
I've explained above what I have but now I play using Island Living, Vampire, Vintage Glamour, Tiny Living and Holiday Celebration Pack. (i removed others using Origin's "-disablepacks:" command.)
