My Sim dropped out of college, meaning the game told her to pack up before she moves out. It started the event and when it finished, it said it was time to move out. It then immediately started the pack up event again. Since there is always an event happening my sim cannot go anywhere and many actions are limited. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

I’m glad I’m not the only one who has this issue. I had my Sim drop out and transfer to Foxbury.
No sorry didn't manage to solve it in any way that is useful, I just had to quit the game and lost a bunch of progress. Hope they fix it so I don't have to do that again.

How do you get the timer? Because my sim never does get the timer.
I got the timer when I did the dropout of University interaction, a message came up and said sim couldn't reapply for 5 days and than I got the 5 hour timer, after that a manage household box popped up. There could be a few problems one pregnant sims can't move out if in the last stage of labor, this is the protect the from getting corrupt sims. Because the pregnant sim can't move out the move out timer resets in the dorms because the pregnant sim can't move out. So I would just wait and play the game until she gives birth and than after that the moveout popup should work right.
For the other reasons for the moveout timer resetting sometimes if sims needs are too low they won't move out either or give birth, or if someone is dying on the lot that prevents them from moving out.
When my sim was pregnant and this happened I did just wait until she gave birth but nothing happened it still kept repeating, I even aged the child up to a toddler and the screen still wouldn't show up.
tbh i js had a birthday at a separate lot nd that worked
