@marianlarsen Does this only happen when the lot is smaller ?

Do you still have the lot in your gallery and which lot did you try placing it on ?

    @crinrict I haven’t tried other lots yet.
    I do have the lot in my gallery, it’s called «Twin Oracle Point» and the basement is just called «Basement».
    My ID is marianlarsen.

    @marianlarsen Seems to work fine for me. The basement is there.

    Did you try moving it around the lot a bit to see if it disappears on every spot ?

    @crinrict I tried testing it now. I started a new save, placed the same lot from my library to the same lot in Newcrest as previously, without changing direction of the lot or anything else, and after I confirmed the placement, the basement was missing. The rest of my house is still intact.

    @marianlarsen Could you post a picture how you're placing it ? I mean as the lot is smaller, it could be an issue of how you put it.

    @marianlarsen Must have been a coincidance that it worked for me before. Now I can't get it to stay either.

    To be sure: you only get this when placing them on a smaller lot then the house was build for, right ?

    @crinrict It does seem to only happen on a smaller lot than it was built on. The basement was there when placing the house on a same-size lot.

    I ran into this to fix was tedious but if you just copy all of the rooms and stack on top of the home you can place it and it will show just install on new lot. A lot of work lol but transferred everything 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Does this STILL not have a resolution? First reported back in December of 2019 and STILL no resolution?

    I just had this happen yesterday, and am both unwilling and skillfully unable to just build the basement from the Gallery build piece by piece.
