If you still aren't seeing those items you purchased I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately we aren't able to assist with missing content here on Answers HQ. 

You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you could also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook instead, as well.
