Stuck viewing replay while game going ahead - Div Rivals

Hi - I’ve noticed a really bad bug in the game where if you receive a Red Card in division rivals (and possibly other game modes).. the player who receives the red card gets stuck temporarily viewing a repeating highlight of the red card for a seemingly random amount of time while their opponent gets to carry on the game in the background unopposed. In the instances I have been affected, I have conceded multiple goals while unable to actually control my players to defend with because I’m stuck viewing a highlight that my opponent isn’t. 

This has happened to me twice now on the space of a few days. Unfortunately the video evidence I have is in MP4 format so unable to attach here but would be glad to send it to someone via email or something if required. Hope this made sense
