Cut Scenes not working Career Mode

So I bought the Xbox series S and that is a next gen console, but if I play career mode. The cut scenes of the bus parade, player of the season and ballon d’or don’t work. I hope someone can help me with this because I bought the game and didn’t receive what I should.
