Have you tried the suggestions in this thread? What platform do you play on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

u keep saying the same thing can i please have some help im using my friends as primary and all i can do is go on quick play it wont even let me do anything else if i activate another account my account atomatically gets psn can you fix this and give me acces to things like career mode

It is against the Terms of Service to share accounts so I would recommend you don't use your friend's account. What is happening when you try to play on your account?

I have the same problom i did the steps you said to do but it still shows me the same error and i bought the the playstation plus to play the online mode what can i do?

Try deleting the personal saved data for UFC 4. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate UFC 4 and delete the saved data.

I did it and it just deleted my saved careers and still shows me the same message as before when i trie to play online

Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Did it and it didnt help can i talk to someone to look at my account if theres no other way becuase my playstation plus bouta expire and i only paied for it so i could play this game online

You can reach an advisor by opening a case here. They'll check your account to see if there are any issues causing this.
