@PansekshuElle and any of the new slots ? Seems they can all use them for dishes. Sometimes they put them in the weirdest places. Trophy cases, on top of cabinets .. whatever.

im having this problem still. cant believe its been years and people are still having problems with this
no i dont have anything inside the oven/microwave. i tried replacing them
nothing are in the way. and yet my sims still cant clean the dish.they just pick the plate up and put it down. if im lucky they walk a bit and put it back down on a different counter
my only solution is to go to build mode and delete them which gets annoying and tiring
i tried repairing the game via steam bcs i cant do it through the EA app and still i cant do it
this is how it looks like, i tried moving the dishwasher to a diffrent spot, i tried selling it and buy a new one. it didnt work at all
update: saw a suggestion to try positioned the chair in the straight way. it didnt work
i remove all the chairs in the counter still not working
