Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Most items are stolen in my sim's homes either every other time a guest is over or every time there is a party. This has just started recently happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? Half the items in my sims house go missing before a social event is even half complete or within a minute or two of a guest being over.
What do you expect to see? I expect that every item doesn't go missing whenever a guest is over. It's understandable kleptomaniacs exist and that they steal a thing or two, but all of my entire dining area, kitchen, and living room furniture has gone missing countless times since eco-lifestyle came out.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The furniture goes missing whenever I have a guest over or any social event, social events are even worse than guests. While yes, kleptomaniac sims do exist. I've never seen this level of things going missing. In an 100,000 simolean home around 50,000 simoleans worth of stuff just goes missing whenever other sims come over. It's not even trackable to a particular sim, I just look away for a few seconds and everything in the living room or in a bathroom is missing. This started the day I downloaded eco-lifestyle. At first, I thought it was a particular sim with the expansion pack then I realized things were missing regardless of which sims I did or didn't invite over.
