- @dhurtado1977 What settings did you change exactly I tried everything even the original settings but my d pad still isn’t raising or lowering the walls. Can’t use the stairs either.
Issue: You can't use your D-Pad to raise and lower walls, move floors, or switch sims.
Solution: Delete your Userdata file in your saves folder. Do not Delete Save Files, only the Userdata File! Reboot your system afterwards.
This is what worked for me. Afterwards, when I went to the game, the settings (or options) were reset to the original settings, as if I was playing for the 1st time. I also got the introduction messages for all the dlcs.
