Request for Assistance Regarding Division Rivals Point Issue

Hello,

I am a user enjoying FC 25.

Recently, I started playing Division Rivals to earn token rewards.

I was excited about the fact that at least one token reward was guaranteed, and I worked hard to reach 35 points.

However, after achieving 26 points, I noticed that even when I won or drew matches, the game only displayed "+0 points."

I tried reconnecting to the game and taking all possible steps to resolve the issue,

but even after winning or drawing subsequent matches, the same "+0 points" problem persisted.

I was only 9 points away from earning my first Division Rivals token reward.

As a working professional in South Korea, I spent the entire week playing Division Rivals to align with the reward distribution schedule in Korean time.

Yet, due to this unknown error or bug, I ended up missing out on the token and spent an ambiguous week in Division Rivals.

I understand that your company is always busy and cannot respond to or resolve every issue immediately like some omnipotent being.

I don’t expect compensation for every bug or error I encounter. All I ask is for a prompt and reliable resolution when users like me face such issues.

I play games not just to fill my spare time but to find happiness in my free moments. Please help resolve the issue I’ve reported.
