[GF] Fan ask for autograph cause celebrity to not finish drink on community lot

What is your current game version number? BASE: 1.69.59.1020 (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a celebrity sim drink a bar drink on a community lot. Then wait for a fan to ask them for an autograph, selfie, or hug.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the fan asks for an autograph, selfie, or picture, it causes the celebrity to not finish their drink and then the celebrity will cancel their drink action therefore causing them to discard their drink. This happens even when trying to cancel the fan's action.
What do you expect to see? The celebrity should still be able to continue and finish their drink even after interacting with the fan.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi, so I have a celebrity sim and when they try to drink a bar drink on a community lot, they get interrupted by fans asking for autographs, hugs, and selfies which causes the celebrity to cancel their action of drinking and to discard their drink.
