[PROBABLY NOT BUG] [PSP] Guidry not manifesting!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4 Version 1.70.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Nearly all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Guidry never manifests under any circumstances while playing Paranormal pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter how many nights I spend in a haunted location or how high I level up my Medium skill, Guidry the ghost never manifests.
What do you expect to see? I read that Guidry manifests after 9:00 PM on your second night in a haunted house, and that he can further be summoned at a seance table with a medium skill level of 5.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the latest EA patch this morning before purchasing and installing the Paranormal Stuff pack.

Have achieved level 5 Medium skill and am looking to start a Paranormal Investigator career through Guidry. Am alos just looking to be able to interact with him, since I hear that he's a fun character. He never manifests in my game, though, no matter how long I live in a haunted house. Also, the "You are living in a haunted house" screen that I saw in your walkthrough never loads for me. Specters show up, as well as a ghost (named Felix, I think), I can summon Bonehilda, and the seance table functions fine, but no sign of Guidry and the hand statues are non-functional. Options are grayed out when I try to interact with them.
