Re: [ARCHIVED] Nannies will continue to appear after canceling nanny service

I'm having this issue too!

My Sims hired a nanny and left the lot for a day out. When they returned home, the nanny was still there (of course) but he never ended his shift. My Sims even went to bed and woke up the next morning and the nanny was still in the house watching TV. I finally dismissed the nanny and he left, but now every time I load into the lot, he's "hired" again. I never see him despite being on the lot because he's invisible. He even took my infant and they disappeared into the canal in Willow Creek! I had to exit the game and load back in to get my baby back. They were just sitting outside the home lot. But as soon as I loaded back in again, the nanny said they were happy to see me again. Well, Sir, I'm not happy to "see" you! My nanny must be John Cena or something.

I dismissed the nanny but he still keeps showing up invisible. Deleting the nanny was the only solution I had to get him to stop showing up.
