Nanny is hired but never shows up and can't cancel

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I hired a nanny but they never come so then I tried to cancel and it still says a nanny is hired.
What happens when the bug occurs? nanny says they will come but doesn't called to cancel and it still says nanny is hired
What do you expect to see? a nanny
