How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, For Rent being the last (so without Crystal Creations).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make cake, put candles in it and choose the option 'Celebrate!'.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you make cake, put candles in it and choose the option 'Celebrate!' nothing happens. Usually Sims on the lot were coming to celebrate and gathered around the cake, doing some celebratory actions. They also had action in their queue. Now after clicking 'Celebrate' nothing happens, nobody gathers. I just realized translation doesn't fit well with that action but that's another topic...
What do you expect to see? Gather Sims around the cake and make celebratory actions as before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I don't know when exactly this bug started. It would be somewhere between releasing Werewolves Game Pack and For Rent Expansion Pack (I didn't have this problem in version 1.89.214.1030).
