[CD] Vets keep leaving clinic and wont treat my pet

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to a vet clinic
What happens when the bug occurs? i take my sick pet to a vet clinic, the vet walks in and then leaves.
What do you expect to see? to go to the vet, check in, have the vet come to me, and treat my sick pet.

I am trying to take my sick pet to a vet. When i arrive, the vets are standing outside with me. I walk inside, use the podium to check my pet in and wait. The vets then proceed to come in side and then walk straight back out and disappear. I have tried going home and then coming back, didn't work. I have also tried deleting all the exam tables and replacing them, didn't work.
Also, i own a vet clinic myself, and when i am there, customers appear out the front and then disappear again, no one comes in, but if i run it from home, i get 10+ customers. I have tried to sell, and then rebuy that clinic and it still does the same thing.
I do not want to treat my own pet at the vet clinic that i own, i want to be able to go to a different clinic, which is also in a different world, to be treated like any other patient.
