Sim with particular body type have broken skin texture

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Creat a male sim & chose this particular body type, change him to nude.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim using this particular body type have broken skin texture around waist area. It won't show if you put any under wear on. It won't be effected by the fat and muscle. As the picture. This bug was old as the game came out. not new thing. I just lazy so I report it today. I only installed 'No Mosaic / Censor Mod for The Sims 4' mod by moxiemason ( can download from mts) to remove the mosaic so we can see it clear. No other mod at all.
What do you expect to see? Fix the texture
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
