Overwrite lots in gallery

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Step 1: Save a lot and share to the gallery. Step 2: Overwrite the lot some times (I did it 4 times) Step 3: Go to gallery and the lot was not overwritten but created as new (4 times for me - bug 1. I did not save with “save as new” option) Step 4: Delete the other versions and keep the far left one (suspected it’s as the latest version). At this point in time I had on all versions likes and downloads. Step 5: View the lot in the gallery. Bug described down.
What happens when the bug occurs? It seems it can’t load the lot. I can’t do any changes (description or remove). I can like scroll or see in detail lot characteristic but can’t edit. Restarted the game, it’s the same, even after a day. Changed account on ps (on the same console) and she arched the lot. I could view it properly and like / download. I do that and then switch back to mine. Everything is fine. Bug 1: overwrite works as a save new Bug 2: loading lot in gallery for eternity.
What do you expect to see? One lot in gallery when I overwrite (if you care for versioning at least make the latest version only available for download. I had activity on all of them; users who downloaded it can get a notification or something). Lot to stop loading after some time in the case described above. Ps work on this form. Not mobile friendly at all. Expected to check game packs/ expansion/ stuff not write manually. If I specify console the below question is redundant.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
