It's happening in my game in areas without any NAPs set. I don't have the Self Sufficiency NAP.

So it has me baffled. It's spoiled gameplay so much for me it's one of the reasons I've had to take a break from it. I can just about build but I can't enjoy gameplay at all because of bugs like this.

There must be some sort of a blanket ban possible on making herbal remedies for NPCs or unplayed Sims. Before this is was constant food grilling and being left to spoil.

Either that or at least allow Sims to clear up the disgarded jars for use.

Visiting one family in Strangerville they start them on their outdoor grill, then carry the pan into the house and put it on the stove. Sometimes they finish it or sometimes they go out back and start brewing a fresh batch with the disgarded pan left on the kitchen stove top.
