@Gloxinia19 Did you make sure they aren't indoor doors ? Can you upload a house you have issues with to the gallery and post the name here ?

It's not an indoor door. Its called Thomas Family Farm.
- @Gloxinia19 Tested this lot and I do think for some reason the game thinks the doors are indoor doors although the reason escapes me.
Is this the only building you have issues with or is it a general issue ? This is the first and only time I’ve had a problem with it

I'd like to test your lot but I can only find Country Family Farm in your Gallery items. Have you removed the Thomas Family Farm? No sorry it says custom content for some odd reason. I never used custom content.

I placed it on two different lots and had mixed results. In Twin Oracle Point, 50x40, in Newcrest it placed fine. In 2 Olde Mill Lane in Henford I had the same issue as you. I flipped the lot round 180 and the door then gave me the front door option. I flipped it back to the default placement so it didn't work again and then flattened the lot. I also removed the basement because of the terrain not totally flattening. Once the lot was flat, the front door options were enabled.
I'm not sure but maybe it depends on access to the door? If the door is inaccessible to NPCs it cannot be set as the front door? I know of issues with some specific lots in worlds, this could possibly be one of them too.
- @Bluebellflora My sims can travel up and use the door. I am not sure what the actual problem is. When my sims return home they use that door with no problem.
- @Gloxinia19 Did you try the suggestion with flipping the lot to see if that makes the locking door work again ?
- @crinrict No I haven’t. I really don’t want flip it. I will have to try it again to see what works
I am too having issues setting the front door as "front door". Currently, the back door is set as the front door. I had downloaded a lot same as the one I am currently using where the front door was on the second floor, but there were no issues setting the front door as such.
I rebuild the house on a different lot and now I am having this issue.
Does anyone knows how to fix it??

I did! The interesting thing is when I deleted the back door from the front door and deleted the wall where the door was, it allows the second floor door to be the front door. However, as soon as I place the walls and close the first floor the second floor door is no longer available as front door.
- @adrive1005 Which lot are you trying to place the building on ? Do you remember where you downloaded the lot from ?

Has the terrain been manipulated? When you sledgehammer a foundation/wall is the terrain changing?
Could you upload your build to the gallery so I can test it?
